Ah, I understand now. You're mad she got Omid killed........ Not really. I mean, fuck, I loved Omid, but I'm not mad at her. I'm just showing you the contrast.

Give her a break And that's not why I dislike this new Clem, but it IS why I don't think she's badass. I loved Ben. He was my second favorite character in season 1, but he was no badass. Not at all. He got half the fucking group killed. Yet I still loved the guy.

Clem rushes down from the safety of her treehouse to help Lee, a complete stranger who was being attacked. She quickly pulls Ben, a kid who just showed up out of nowhere, aside when Lilly was verbally ripping into him. She takes a stand against stealing from the station wagon because she cared for the people who left the car there, despite having never having met the people who own it and being extremely hungry herself. She can feed the dog despite not having much food for herself. She can forgive Nick and defend him against his uncle despite the guy having shot at her. She can give water to the bandit guy down at the river. Serious leg injury or not, Lee had a goddamn shotgun. Against one zombie slowly crawling over to him. Clem had a random assortment of workshop items to physically beat down a zombie that was physically on top of her. And Clem's arm "hurts" because it was torn open by the jaws of a vicious animal and bleeding profusely. I'd say that Clem's situation was FAR more difficult to deal with than Lee's. I could probably do what Lee did. I doubt I could do what Clem did. And I'm sure that Lee finding a shotgun and a shotgun shell right next to him was all skill and had nothing to do with luck, right? And he saved the little girl's life with her help. Without that hammer, Lee was done for. He was lucky that she was there just as much as she was lucky that he was there, if not moreso.

She does help Lee and Ben, but that isn't badass, that's just kind, and smart, and the reason I loved S1 Clem. Still not badass, though. Again, with the station wagon, that was just kind. For the dog, then the dog takes more than she fed him (which was a handful) and then he attacks. Again, not badass, just nice, for Nick. Ok, I pushed it a little bit with the "her arm hurts..." But you win this round, Dome... Curses! Foiled again! True, but didn't you say that most badass acts require luck and skill and courage? If Lee wasn't skillful, he wouldn't have thought to get the shotgun. If Lee wasn't courageous, he would've panicked when the shell flew away, and if it was any time other than literally the 3rd minute of the fucking zombie apocalypse, I would note that he dropped the shell in the first place, but considering that it was, I don't, due to it being the first time that he ever sees a zombie. Clem, however, doesn't have that luxury, instead she has the "little girl" card.

I was just saying, in response to your point that she is kind to people who she doesn't know or barely knows. And in the Lee case, she was compromising her safety by getting down from the treehouse and in with the station wagon, she was making a large sacrifice. I don't see how these are much different that Lee shooting that woman in the streets at the beginning of Episode 3.
Any idiot would go to grab for the shotgun there; that doesn't take any skill at all. It was a readily available weapon designed to kill stuff with the press of a button lying right next to him as something he needed to kill was (slowly) crawling towards him. And yes, he does have the excuse that it's only the 3rd minute of the apocalypse when he fumbles and drops the shell, but that doesn't make that scene badass.
I think Clem dodging and weaving past Winston and those zombies was far more impressive.

To be fair, some characters survived in this game because of luck, not just Clem. Lee was lucky that Clem gave him a hammer to kill her babysitter, Larry was lucky that Lee was a good man and wanted to get his pills, Mark was lucky that Lee found him and took him to the motor inn, Ben was lucky that Lee saved him in the forest, The group was lucky that Kenny got the RV working because if he din't then they couldn't get out of the motor inn and get killed by the bandits, the group was lucky that they found the train, Omid and Christa were lucky that the group helped them with the tanker, Lee was lucky that Clem saved him from Molly and because of her Molly saved her, Lee and Kenny. The group was lucky that Clem found the boat and etc.

That's right, you won't survive without luck. That's why I know I will die in first two dies, if ZA ever happens.

I think Clem dodging and weaving past Winston and those zombies was far more impressive. But she never has had the opportunity to save them, so we don't know if she would. Also, I forgot to mention, Lee can actually save four lives if you go out in the day. Also, she was going to die in that treehouse if Lee didn't save her. I think she knew that. With Lee, what he did was not only waste a bullet, but also kept a person from the horrors of becoming a walker. Clementine just helped a guy who probably could've won without her help. You're right about the shotgun. I made a stupid call there. I'm still a little sick and tired, and that's pretty much your strongest point, so I'll respond to that one when I don't feel like shit. I don't. Come up with some sturdier evidence.

I say day one for me, unless I get really lucky, but luck as said before, only get's you so far, I mean luck does matter, I mean the fact people like Wyatt and Russel survived over Lee is luck and only that, but even luck runs out.
