"...You sure you don't want some extra backup?" Micah asked. "Just in case something happens, I can, uh.. I mean, i'll just hang back outside in case something happens, then I can burst in if it looks like something's going wrong?"
Owen turned to Micah. "..I think that's what he was asking of us in the first place."
"Oh, in that case, it's fine." Micah blinked.
Kita simply folded her arms.

"Well, alright then. Lets go." Leider said as he led the group into the throne room. Fayan and Syrus and Aly not far behind.
"Ah, i see you all have finally made it, welcome." Verrader said, sitting on the throne

“Pleasure to see you again, your majesty.” Kalfu said, with disdain in his voice.
Hermes just glared at Verrader and Calypso was standing right next to Micah, not saying anything yet.
“Before we discuss any further...I believe this is the part where you two reveal your true loyalty.” Salazar said, turning his head to Fayan and Syrus.

"What are you talking about?" leider asked as he looked at Fayan and Syrus, who were giving Salazar a confused look.

Micah remained at the back of the room, turning his head to Salazar with a equally confused look.
Kita, as she walked into the door, turned her head behind her to notice that Sophia seemed to have completely vanished.
There was also a small hairline shadow making it's way into the building. stopping right past the burst open front door.

“One of the rebels had conspired with Verrader and told him about your plan of attacking his army from the sky. While none of them said anything suspicious yesterday, Syrus had a smile on her face for some reason as Aly was lashing out at you while everyone else was in shock. Since Fayan is her husband, I assume he’d be involved or not. It make sense that the people closest to you would be the ones to know all the details of your plan of trying to take down the king.” Salazar said.
He then turned to Verrader.
“Isn’t that right?” Salazar asked.

verrader just smiled and shaked his head.
"Good job, you figured it out, well done, but your only half right." Verrader said as Syrus walked up to Verrader.
"Wait honey! what aree you doing!" Fayan asked
"What do you think? chooseing the right side, now get over here" Syrus said
"You would just throw everything we faught for to join him? after everything we have done?" Fayan said
"Are you seriously that stupid? Verrader is why we went to the city district in the first place when we helped him the first time! he lied to everyone, he lied to us, and it seems they lied too because they figured it out, so why not join the club and leave him too?" Syrus said
"But Verrader needs to be stopped! thats why we joined the rebelion!" Fayan said
"No, thats why YOU joined, i joined because i knew i could help Verrader. Now get over here, because if i got to kill you to help Verrader dont worry, i will." Syrus said
Fayan looked like he was about to burst into tears, everything he knew up to this point was a lie.
Leider just looked down, he wasnt surprised everyone had lied to him, and perhaps felt he had it coming.

"Her true colour is finally revealed." Kalfu said, not looking pleased by Syrus's words either.
Hermes looked at Fayan, looking pissed himself.
"...Even if you win this war, this will not change anything, the Soulless World will still be there, you won't get anything by killing us." Salazar told Verrader.

Kita just watched, withholding judgement for the time being.
Micah sighed in the doorway. Leaning back and folding his arms. "Hold on, I understand you being the traitor, but.. why?"
He talked like he wasn't really angry or torn up or anything, but just didn't entirely understand her motivations.

"I joined with Verrader because we talked the night he boarded up Leiders home, he told m what they he saw, and i knew he had to win, even if that meant screwing Leider out of winning, so i, with my husband, stayed with Leider to keep tabs on him, i figured my husband would be smart enough to understand, and hopefully you still are." Syrus said
Fayan wasnt sure what to do, but after thinking he made a choice, he stood by his wife.
"I dont agree with this, but if this is what you want, then so be it." Fayan said

Kita continued to stare, she wasn't blinking. Looking right at Fayan's forehead.
Sophia suddenly walked in front of the group. "Seriously?" She asked, as though she had been there the entire time. "Am I going to have to throw your own words at you? It was less than a second ago that you said 'you would just throw away everything we faught for to join him? after everything we have done?' That's a lot of time to just throw down the drain, isn't it?" She asked. "You just said you don't even agree with her."
Now, Kita was looking at Sophia- peering to the door that Sophia notably didn't walk through to enter.

"I knew he would join with me anyway, we have been together long before we met Verrader and Leider. The only reason i didnt tell him was me being the one was risky enough." Syrus said

“If a person values someone else’s live over the one she she is married to, then she is not worth it.” Calypso said.
“Even if you guys win this war, you won’t get anything out of this short-term victory, the Soulless World is still out there. Our deaths will not delay the Ending God, the only thing you’ll achieve is getting more blood on your hands and wasting your time completely..” Salazar told Verrader.
