Finally found time to play this game, and I really liked it. The atmosphere was the best thing about it. Sadly a friend of mine spoiled me the ending so I wasn't really questioning the role of Delilah throughout the game, but the mystery itself really kept me hooked. Great writing in this game, especially the dialogue itself, which is enough reason to play it. A shame Vanaman left Telltale. Now I see where the writing from TWD S1 went.

Yeah that's where a lot of the quality from Season 1 came from. Also helps it was Jake and Sean all the way except for episode 4.

Firewatch came out a year ago yesterday. There's really no other point to this post. I just wish I could experience it for the first time again. It felt like nothing else.

Agree. The concept seemed odd at first, but by god did they deliver. Great game.

Heh, didn't play it yet... so I'm in a position where I can experience it for a first time Any word of advice? Because, truth be told, the reception was polarizing to some stuff if I recall.

Don't place too much stock in the ending. Just enjoy the ride.
