Arvo might actually be pretty good as a protagonist, but the his imperfect english would probably get tiring after a while. Eddie could be a great protagonist, if handled right. I don't want to have protagonist from the comic, but I have to say, the idea of playing as Dwight is interesting. They could have it so Arvo slowly gets better at English as the game goes on. I forgot, his english in epsiode 4 was better than in epsiode 5, for some reason. With him also slowly improving his english, it could work. The fight scenes would be interesting, since Arvo is not the fighter type and in addition, his leg brace is slowing him down.

That is a point guys, the poll is for what you want. so anyone voting on the idea that it would be "impossible" for Telltale to so 3-5 separate paths, remember, this is a hypothetical. It's just what you think they should do.

start with new characters and a new story..
and a chance of meeting Clem and who she's with depending on her ending.
If she's alone with babby, With AJ and Kenny, then she can be met.
If she's with Jane and AJ and (determinately) the Family, she could probably be met later.
And if she's in wellington, she's not met at all.

It's just what you think they should do. I still think it'd be dumb, because inherently, each path would be far weaker.

Wasn't naturally pessimistic about TWAU. Not naturally pessimistic about Borderlands. Fine, everything they do with TWD. Still no. I was very optimistic on what they were going to do with characters like Mike and Bonnie going into the new episode. I was also very optimistic about the episode itself. Regardless, my comment was a fact. If they have three separating paths, then they're fucked. That's gonna take way more time than it needs to, and it WILL hurt the game. No matter who made it. If Robert Kirkman himself came down and tried to do that, he'd fuck it up. If Charles Goddamned Dickens tried to do this, he'd fuck it up.

Now that Season 2 is over, with five multiple endings, how do you think Telltale should continue to story in Season 3? One option, a very likely one, would be to end Clem's story there, and start with a new cast and a new story, possibly with occasional references to the previous seasons. This is the easiest way of doing things, and the simplest. Choosing one ending as canon(probably the one where Clem ends up alone) would be equally simple, and actually continue Clem's story, but it would make the other(better) endings pointless, and I'm sure a lot of people wouldn't be on board with this. A much less likely option is that Telltale spends a lot of time, money, and effort making Season 3 tell three entirely different stories, probably with three separate paths(i.e if we left Kenny, we'll see him again soon, or if we stayed with Kenny, they all make it to Wellington soon, same with the Jane endings). This would be complicated, and there's a good chance that a lot of problems would arise, but I honestly think that if they made one writer the lead(*cough*Breckon*cough*), actually put the effort(and money) into making a game 3x the size of the previous Season, it could really work out, and finally deliver on the promise of making our choices matter in a bigger way than many of us would have imagined. Ignoring our choices and just starting at one point, with Wellington/Howe's having fallen, and Kenny/Jane died, with only a few references to our choices in the last two Seasons.... Yeah, that would be the worst. Even if the rest of the season was awesome, that would kill the series. That'd be it, no way it'd work.surprise surprise

Here's the thing, what they did was even worse because we didn't even get "a few" references. We got two flashbacks, an optional line of dialogue with only one single word changed, and a scar. That. Is. It.
