This can be really intense sometimes, we really need to play it together again some time.
I just had a game where I was mayor for the first time, I have actually never been mayor before. The jailor jailed me on the first night and got me to reveal the next day. I did the usual "everyone tell me your roles" stuff, and it was really hard to keep up with everything. I always had about 5 people whispering to me at once from then on. Two people claimed vigilante and one claimed vet, I knew that couldn't possibly be right. I got the false veteran exposed as godfather and lynched. The jailor had gotten the first godfather on his own, and the arsonist was lynched, so now there was only one mafia member left.
When I ran out of suspects, I told the two vigilantes to shoot each other on the same night, expecting one of them to be mafia. The next day there were three bodies, the two vigilantes who had shot each other and the guy the last mafioso had killed. There were only three left- me, and two people who both seemed to have perfect alibis, one claiming to be lookout, who posted his will in chat, and one who claimed to be investigator, and posted his will in chat.
I had no idea what to do, but I chose to lynch the one claiming invest. He posted his will, and I realised that it matched up with everyone's roles. I was about to vote him innocent and lynch the other guy, but then I suddenly realised that the will stopped on the day that the last godfather had been lynched, and that this guy must have been a consigliere in the mafia before being promoted to mafioso. I voted guilty. The town won, and all the dead town members in the chat said good game. That was actually incredibly intense for me.
