Well, my prediction isn't exactly about Michigan, it's more about what Clem will find there... or who Clem will find there. I predict Clem will find Lilly in Michigan in episode 5. I also predict that Lilly will be one of the following two things: - Depressed and regretful about what she did in Season 1, maybe even suicidal
- A psychotic murdering maniac... even more of one than she already was, I mean. I'm talking complete psycho. Basically Scarface.

I predict that everyone there is dead, it's just as bad as Carver's place, or that it was a pipe dream all along.

Jack Torrance crazy or Chucky crazy? Cause I will have nightmares if episode 5 involves a psycho Lilly chasing Clementine in Wellington and Clem hides in a house and Lilly breaks the door with an axe and says "HERE'S LILLY!"

I don't think I'd like a Lily reunion at this point. It was incredible enough that Clementine ran into Kenny. To run into Lily again when she could be anywhere in North America... it'd be too coincidental for me.
Imagine if season 2 ends exactly like season 1. Clem all alone, only this time in a snowy, deserted wasteland and two silhouettes appear in the distance. Really, I'd like any kind of ending that confirms a third season.

I would have thought this too, but think about it: Carver and Matthew heavily imply that there are a lot of people heading for Michigan. Kind of makes sense that if Lilly has survived this long, she'd be one of the many people gathering there.

Yeah, considering Carver's group and Matthew's group never met, it's safe to assume there are quite a few groups heading that way. Hell, maybe Winston and co were headed there. Maybe Roman too.

Let's say that quite a few did make it and then the settlement fell. Maybe Clem wouldn't just be walking to a pipe dream... possibly a massive horde?
Chalk that up as one of my least favorite possible endings. Clem arrives only to be greeted by thousands of walkers. Screen goes black.

That ending would be fine so long as 'To Be Continued' appeared after it. Also, another prediction; considering they're currently in Virginia and they have about 4 states to go through until they get to Michigan, I'd say that there will be a time skip between episodes 3 and 4, or 4 and 5.

Well since no one but a walker corpse is on the cover of episode 5, maybe we'll see a time skip between Eps. 4 and 5. So if It took them 6 months to get to the Gil's Pitstop, and 16 months to get from Georgia to Virginia, I'm guessing it will take around 2 to three more years to get to Michigan, so I don't think there's a chance of an adult Clem. I'd like to see Molly at some point in Ep. 4 too.

Let's say for the sake of mapping it, Clem and her group were near the northern-western-most part of Virginia and Wellington is relatively far south in Michigan. (Actual points used in Google Maps: Seldom Seen Rd, VA & Adrian, MI.) That direct walk would take 141 hours. Gotta think there's several delays and rests. Probably some detours due to eroded structures, landscape issues, food issues, weather, walkers, etc. Guessing... maybe a month (if relatively lucky) on road to get to Wellington? If there are no time skips throughout episodes 3 and 4, that should put us right in the dead of winter. mid-to-late January/early February.
But like Sonic said, could be a lot more. Depends on what Clem & Christa were doing. Something tells me Christa didn't come up with the Wellington idea immediately after Omid died. They probably wandered for a few months. If they did start the Wellington journey right after? Speaks some scary truths as to how difficult it is to travel.

Say they get a vehicle, such as Carver's truck, it would take them less time and thus there would be no need for a time skip. It feels like Carver's truck has greater purpose. Maybe it got written into Episode 3 after the writers decided that a vehicle would be necessary for episode 4/5.
