2 Days In .... "Look, just take the money... Please.. You don't- you don't have to do this. I- I have a family.. Please- just, just take it!" BANGA fountain of crimson red liquid sprayed out of the back of the shopkeepers head, his brains splattering across the whitewashed wall behind him. His body swayed before limply falling, his head collide with the counter, his skull cracked before his body slide off the counter, smearing it blood, and hitting the cold tile floor. The grip on the murderer's gun loosen as he stared in horror at what he had done. There's no going back. His hand shook violently as he quickly lowered it, shrugging off his black back pack and moving over to the blood smeared counter he opened up the till and stuffed as much money as he could into the bag. The sound of police sirens came from outside, a blue flashing light could be seen out of the front windows. "Shit!" He cursed, swinging his back pack over his shoulder and sprinting out of the back door, leading into a dark alley. Looking around frantically his eyes were drawn to the gun in his hand. Gathering his thoughts he glanced around at a gutter on the nearby street, a metal dustbin next to him and the roof top above. (o) Murderer A sudden decision was made and the murderer quickly tucked the gun into his waist band and sprinted down the alleyway leading to the opposite street. You chose to keep the evidence

The sound of sirens echoed far behind him as he was met by the bright beam of the street light above, the artificial light giving the darkness of the warm summer night a bright orange glow. He ran down the street, in search of some salvation. They're going to catch me... They're going to catch me... This night is so fucked!
And then he saw it. His ticket out of town. A bus. A goddamn bus. He'd never been so happy to one. He quickly ran down the street towards the bus stop where the vehicle had parked. The doors were shut and the driver was about to accelerate when the murderer came running at the doors, banging furiously. The bus driver stared at him oddly with a raise of his eyebrow before shrugging his shoulders and pushing a button on his various selection of controls, the doors swung open and the murderer jumped on. "Where you heading, son?" The bus driver asked. | Out of town | | Anywhere but here | | Don't know | | ... | "Anywhere but here" he replied, his voice gruff.
"Ah, problems at home?"
"You could say that" he said with a shrug before making a move to walk off.
"Aren't you forgetting something?" The driver asked, holding out his hand, waiting for payment.
"Oh, yeah, sorry" he apologised before digging into his pockets and taking out a few loose change and handing the coins to the driver.
"Nothin' gets past me, son" the driver said with a smirk, handing him a ticket.
"You'd be surprised" he muttered under his breath.
