Damn, Well I guess I'll keep the "No More Room in Hell" one in mind, in case I ever want to make a Doom fanfic. Since, that seems to fit nicely.

Thanks man. Decided for an early update today, so here's part 2 of Chapter 0!

The gun went off with a loud bang throughout the store, the bullet leaving a clean hole in Lee's forehead as his body was slumped against the wall , not moving at all. Clementine looked sadly at his corpse, slowly wiping away the tears and blood from her eyes.
It's over... she thought to herself.
I will survive Lee....I promise...For you....
She slowly walked towards the back exit door, stepping over the walker's corpse she had just killed minutes ago. She took one last look at Lee's lifeless body before using the keys to open the door, and stepped into the back alleyway of the shop, making sure to lock the door on her way out.
I'm not letting those things eat him. I just...can't Clementine thought to herself as she locked the door.
As she looked to her left, she could see all of the walkers scratching at the jewelry store front gate, obviously attracted by the gunshot moments ago. on her right was a path that led back to the main road, which would lead her back to the mansion; once she got there, it would be easy to get to the train then. She started to walk down the road, there were only about 20 walkers or so compared to horde that was outside of the shop. As she walked down the road back towards the mansion, she looked at all of the walkers that were around her, there grotesque, decaying faces no longer putting fear in her.
Don't worry. You're smart and he's not. You're smarter than all of them....
Lee's words echoed through her head as she remembered their final conversation. She was glad that she would never have to see him out here, roaming the world as one of them.
As Clementine was about to turn a corner, her heart stopped for a moment as her undead parents were right in front of here eyes. She was about to start crying, but stopped herself before she could make any noise.
No! I have to stay strong...For Lee..... She thought to herself.
She didn't want to see them like this. She wanted to put them out of their misery so badly. There were only about five other walkers n the street, she could outrun them if she shot them.
I have to do this....I have to She thought.
She sadly raised her gun to her dad's head first, and fired, then aiming at her mom and doing the same. As soon as there bodies fell to the ground. She could hear the walkers around her growling, heading towards the sound of the gunshots. In that instant. Clem ran as fast as she could off the street and continued towards the mansion.

I'm not great at leaving feedback, but the writing is strong so far and I like your portrayal of Clem as willing to do the right thing even if by doing so she's risking her own safety. Keep it up.  |
