In Dark Souls, the one boss that drops down as you're crossing a bridge. The first time I played it, I was playing with a friend, and we screamed in unison.

I never found any bosses actually scary, although Giygas was mildly creepy and I shut the game of after the exorcism baby in that wario game.

Actually, the monster from the indie game White Noise is...abnormally scary.

Zombie Ned from Borderlands 1. My brother was about 11 when we played that and he had nightmares for weeks.
As for me, any of the dinosaurs in Jack's part of the King Kong game. I was 8 when I played it and those goddamn pterodactyls scared the shit out of me. (I was 8 when I played it.)

I had it on my PS2, loved it, one of the best movie games ever, what scared me most? The V-Rex, I fully admit I have a fear of T-rexs. Raptors are cool, not the Mr. T, can't ever watch that one scene from Jurassic Park, anyway when that huge ass dinosaur shows up, and rushes me, is a lot faster then me, and can't be killed, got it gave me nightmares, even now when I play it, when you have to run through the gate and can't look at it, I still do the same thing I did when I was younger, move a little closer to the screen, great game still.

Same here dude! I actually replayed it a bit last year, I'm over the pterodactyls, but that T-rex still scares me a bit. I remember being only able to play the King Kong levels and the one Jack level where you fight the giant crabs.

Yeah, also the giant millipedes and the giant spiders bothered me also, I mean I fucked up on a beam, and those spiders attacked me and I fell off and died, good god that scared me, in order, the V-Rex, the Megapeades, and the Giant spiders, it was such a good horror game at times, man, if that had a 360 version I would so buy it.

It did. I have it. Well shit, I have to buy that right now, anyway, looking back, I am very surprised that a movie licensed game was both a good action game, and a great survival horror game, damn.
