"We'll talk more later, wish Clover well for me." King Legume said, before hanging up as well.
Kei looked down at the walkie-talkie, "I-Is it the... the one on the left that t-turns it off?" He asked.
"That's right. It's the left one." Jade told him, tightening her grip on the door handle.

Kei pressed the button and hung up as well.
"... I-I did it, I hung up." Kei said.
"Nice. I'm proud of you, honey." Jade smiled, "I know it takes a lot of work figuring these new machines out."
With that, she twisted the handle and pulled the door open.
Accompanied by guards, suits of armour entirely made out of crystal, with large threatening looking spikes coming out from various points, leaning against the wall with folded arms... was Deborah, who looked significantly cleaner with a new layer of makeup and freshly conditioned hair, moving her fingers around in the air and watching as a small set of crystals rotated around her hand.
"...How long do you intend to keep me waiting?" She asked. "I finished my shower and my breakfast hours ago."
Kei looked down at the talkie in his hands, while Jade shifted her posture to block him from Deborah's view.
"Just a moment." Jade told her with a smile. "We haven't quite finished with our morning routine yet. Have a little patience, maybe a cup of tea, why don't you?
Trust me, we'll be ready shortly."

Isa and Mirai had warped themselves significantly closer to the crystal spikes at the north. The wall that Rajendra had made around his kingdom was in view, but Isa's focus was on the large barricade of crystals jutting up in the valleys between the mountains and even above them, completely blocking access.
"...Well. Good thing I can teleport." She said, looking over to Mirai.

Mirai din't say anything, he was looking at the ground and his grip on his sword was tight.

She looked down at the spot in the dirt and grass that he was looking at, then to his grip on the sword. "...You okay?" She asked.

In response, Mirai bashed the ground with his sword a few times.
"Why can't things go right for us for once!? She din't deserve to die like that just because they hated her dad, they are so determined to make people's lives miserable that it makes me mad and I can't do anything about it!" Mirai lashed out, he kept slamming the ground with his sword like it was a person.

Mirai manage to break through the ground itself the longer he kept hitting it before he stopped and kept panting.
"...I don't know why I feel so bad about this, I don't even know that girl and yet something about how she died just ticks me off to end." Mirai said.

Isa put a hand on Mirai's shoulder.
"Hey, this one wasn't our fault. Nobody else's decisions are ever your fault, okay? If we weren't there, who knows who else would've died? Those guys were after that families blood, they were going to kill more than just Aera and burn the entire kingdom to the ground." Isa told him.
