Ok I had a thought
It could've been cool if Pete had been Clementine's guardian throughout Season 2. Similar role to Lee but instead of being father-daughter it could've been teacher-student, eventually leading into the "equals" relationship that was intended to exist between Javier and Clementine.

Looking back, what the fuck was the relationship between Javi and Clem? Could've been interesting and been a little rivalry (which is kinda what they started to go for in Episodes 1 & 2) which would've been different from the father/daughter relationship and the friendship between Clem and Luke... but noooo, let's just make them "friends" no matter what choice you make, with an extremely underdeveloped relationship

Now I know Rock would approve of that idea. Looking back, what the fuck was the relationship between Javi and Clem? Honestly, I saw it as a big brother/little sister type of relationship.

As much I would have really loved Pete to stick around longer (And he really really should have) I think the roll of Clem's guardian/teacher should have still been Luke. Pete was the mentor figure that always gets axed, unfortunately. He was the Obi-Wan of Season 2. But maybe he dies a little later, like late into Episode 2, and as the Cabin Group struggles to fill Pete's spot as leader Clem gives Luke advice based on what Lee taught her that eventually allows him to rise to the occasion in Episode 5 and become this group's new, but less badass, Lee that doesn't fall in a fuckin' lake. I dunno, seems like that could have worked to have Luke and Clem view each other as more or less equals and be a better version of... whatever Javi and Clem were supposed to be this season. He fights with her, saves her life a few times while she helps him step into his own and protect his friends. Also Nick survives. Dream Season 2 plot.

Man if Nick had survived past episode 4 what would have happened? I imagine leaving with Mike and Bonnie, or getting killed in the shootout in episode 5, I mean having that many people survive would have been dumb, oh wait it already is!!!

Having people survive is great, because so far nobody has really survived these seasons (Without being determinant because that's a death sentence on its own) except like Javi and Clem. Season 2 really could have used some more survivors, like Luke and Nick and Sarah.

That video reminded me... what happened to Max? Or Lonnie, for that matter. Or Rufus. None of them died up to the point where I'd played, and as far as I know, they never show up in playthroughs where they didn't die

If you don't chop off his arm then David just blows his head off when his disarms his wife or whatever. No hesitation. Not as funny, but still pretty great.

I like the guy and wish he were still around (which he should be), but Luke was such a tremendously horrific leader.

"He bled out" WELL NO SHIT

I laughed so hard when David literally grabbed his arm and told me to hack away. I thought, well of course this guy is going to die, they weren't doing anything to stop the bleeding. But then when this guys arm was off and bleeding everywhere while everyone literally just WATCHED as this man bled out I started laughing. Yeah, just leave him to himself, don't help the dying man AT ALL. It's just a flesh wound, he'll walk it off. So fucking ridiculous and unrealistic it's painful.
