I originally had a full paragraph for each of these but it didn't fucking save, so I'll just be clear. Not doin' out of tens.
1. Game of Thrones & The Walking Dead Season 1 - these games mean a lot to me personally and despite their flaws I rate them the highest because of how much they've impacted me; more than any other game this company has released.
2. Tales From The Borderlands - started off on the wrong foot with this game, thought it was bland. Was wrong, it gud.
3. The Wolf Among Us - same as Tales, but it was ever so slightly more average. Still have fond memories of the community stuff that happened while it was on, though.
4. The Walking Dead: Michonne - this game is actually fairly inoffensive. Not as good as TWAU, but not as horrendous as TWDG2.
5. The Walking Dead: Season Two - this game was bad, but at least it had some decent moments (mostly in a House Divided, but whatever).
6. Minecraft: Story Mode & Batman - After watching full playthroughs of these games I've determined they are soulless, passionless dog shit that should have never been made. I hope neither of these pieces of absolute fucking cancer never see a sequel.

On topic - right now I think I'm actually unable to rank TT games, because...
I've played TWD1 only once. That's changed recently - I've replayed it. And you know what, guys?
Here's some history - I've picked up TWD1 on a Steam sale along with 400D when it was all said and done - the game was fully released. I think that the effect of originality worked on me - played it though in a matter of 2 days, feeling that I was REALLY shaping up relationships between me and other characters.
Right now, after playing through it again, I can see the seams - I know when the game railroads me onto a given path or that Kenny becomes an angry idiot fighting with Lee towards the end, no matter what.
The game had a phenomenal Ep2, some great scenes and nothing else. Right now I feel that it dragged on most of the time. For a moment I thought that replaying the game actually shattered its image in my head.
I think I've replayed TWAU around 30 times by now, so I know it's strengths and weaknesses (awful Ep2, but - contrary to most opinions - good Episode 4. Taking Ep4 out completely blurs the picture of how Crooked Man operates and without it, Ep5 would lack its emotional punch).
Playing TFTBL without 4-month breaks between episodes made me realize another thing - while IMO its still the best TTG game, the story doesn't make any sense and was damaged by the rewrites even more than TWAU.
GOT, lacking any proper closure, didn't feel to me like a game made with passion, but a multi-game product in mind to attract fans of the show. Same goes for Michonne, except it was one-and-done deal.
Batman... just didn't seem to have that spark. I can see that TT tried very hard to make it special, but its story felt like it was checking the boxes off the list instead of letting it unfold. A by the book TT game, where everything turns to shit beyond your control, ending twists in the premiere and middle episode... But there was no overarching mystery, the table was set at the end of ep3 and the remaining eps covered Bruce dealing with it.
That's why I won't rank these games, because I don't want to look back at the old ones after scales fell off my eyes and I've realized that these stories were average at best and the novelty effect is what made me treat them as great.
I just want to preserve the image in my head of these games as fantastic. That's my choice... even if it's just an illusion(TM).

I'd also like to mention that I expect TWDG3 to fall between TWDGM and TWDG2 on my list by the time it's done - average at best.
