So recently I decided to make a tiny list of some of my mods here, mostly custom campaigns so we aren't playing the same vanilla ones over and over again, as well as few others that I really like (Note, for custom campaigns you need to download all the parts if you want them to work properly). One 4 Nine is an old one modded for L4D1 then remade for L4D2, and it's a good one. The finale is a complete eye fuck though. Weird campaign toward the end, but enjoyable. Back to School is a long one, but intense and really well made. Stars the original survivors (IE the better ones) and even has two different endings. One of my favorites. Suicide Blitz 2 is really great, intense finale and ending that takes place in a football stadium. Plus, you get to shoot the shit out of zombies from a moving train at one point. That section is short, but fun. Redemption II is more story focused, and takes place between the original group's escape from the military and the events of the Sacrifice. Has 5 brand new melee weapons, not replacing any others. Speaking of story, if you haven't already you should check out The Sacrifice Comic. It tells about what happens to the first group of survivors after the end of L4D1 and what they were doing between then and their appearance in The Passing. Some people don't like it but I think it's badass. No Parking takes place just before The Sacrifice as well, and it's short, but different'. The whole map is essentially one huge boss fight against the gun store owner from Dead Center while he tries to murder you from inside his tricked out armored truck. Challenging, to say the least, but a nice change of pace from the standard campaign formula. I Hate Mountains takes place around the border of Canada, eh? and is regarded as one of the best modded campaigns out there. Dead Before Dawn DC is Dawn of the Dead in Left 4 Dead 2. Fight your way to the mall, secure it, then leave it for some goddamn reason after sealing all the doors, I forget why, but it's a fantastic campaign from what I remember. Haven't played it in a few years. Diescraper Redux has you fight your way up a skyscraper to get rescued at the top of it. Nice vertical design, campaign has three maps. All of these I've played and enjoyed before (Years before, in some cases, so keep that in mind), so, yeah, They're Mineral Approved. And a bonus because why not: The Armory of Rocky (No relation) has a ton of awesome new reskins for weapons (Including turning many of them into foreign weapons, for all you Europeans out there) which I discovered only recently. Highly recommended.

So, a few more pieces of advice because I have nothing better to do atm:
*Health kits heal you for 80% of the damage you've taken. So, if you're at 90HP, you'll get back 8HP. If you're at 1HP, you'll get back 80HP (And there is absolutely nowhere in the game where this is spelled out, so thanks for that, Valve).
*Your speed, obviously, drops as you take damage. Having Green Health (40HP and above) is full speed and enough to outrun the tank. Yellow Health (16HP and above) makes you move slightly slower, and is not enough to outrun the tank. Red (15HP and below)... well, pray he's going after someone else. Or that you have a Certified Badass on your team who can kill two tanks at the same time with no help #NotSoHumbleBrag
*Pills give you 50 temporary HP. Heroin/Adrenaline shots only give you 25 temporary HP, but they also increase your speed and, as a gift from heaven, stop you from being slowed down by hits from the Common Infected. While on Adrenaline you also use health kits, defibrillators, and pick up teammates faster. Very useful for when you're under attack.
*It is a bad idea to cary both a Chainsaw and an M60/Grenade Launcher at the same time. You'll feel like a badass, sure, but the chainsaw has a limited amount of fuel and the Launcher and M60 can't be refilled at ammo piles. Taking both is a good way to end up with only a single pistol in the middle of a chapter.
*Tanks can break the door of the safehouse at the beginning of the chapter (But not the one at the end of the chapter). If you encounter a tank early on, don't retreat to the saferoom. He'll just paint the inside of it with your blood.

I found a Clementine voice pack for Rochelle, it's so adorable! Sometimes if you get help she says "thank you" or in the beginning scene from the hotel in the elevator she says "I'm Clementine" Didn't play longer than that but it was so epic and I only played a few minutes

That's actually pretty useful.

I never knew the math until I went searching for it.

Changed when some people got really upset because I tried to stop their pain That medkit was the difference between life and death. You got yourself and Carlos killed in the finale by doing that. Neither of you stood a chance without that extra kit* *Probably not, I just said that for drama. That happened like two chapters earlier, anyway.

That happened like two chapters earlier, anyway. I mostly healed when all of us had medikits but there was still one lying around which wouldn't be used anyway so why not get 20 health points? I prefer using a medikit before the fight so I can tank more stuff. Doesn't work well if a bigger monster brings me down though - then it's wasted. I normally don't get the chance to use the medikit while fighting because something hits me over and over again or I need to help another team mate for example. Let's just say I'm an awesome guy since I always heal my m8s before myself, even if I could need it more!

so... we playing tonight? I've got that l4d2 itch and if I don't get my fix with you guys I can just shamble off into a dark alley and inject it on my own play with strangers but I'd prefer to play with you guys and rather get responses than wait 3 hours in the hopes that someone will start playing.
