Pretty much what it is is a fantasy RPG with choices that actually matter, determinant characters aren't doomed to die for example although they'll never change the direction of the story but they can quite heavily change what happens. I recently finished Inquisition and really enjoyed it, and am replaying Origins now, I can safely say inquisition is on par with Origins (unlike 2). And if you haven't yet played it I'd highly recommend doing so, and if you decide to play on current gen consoles and then want to pass over your choices to next gen you can use the Dragon's Keep website (although you can't directly import your save and you'll have to choose all your choices 1 by 1, it's still pretty handy)

I recently finished Inquisition as well. Great game, although the world could have been a bit more integrated into the story. The only places the main quest involved were the Hinterlands, Val Royeaux, Crestwood, The Western Approach, and the Emerald Graves.

I wish they had more of Ferelden in as well other than just the Hinterlands and Redcliff, would've been cool to go back to Denerim or Kirkwall at some stage.

I tried it out because it was from the guys who made Mass Effect.
Currently on Origins, just finished the part where you meet Alistair.
Idk, it's kinda hard to get through. I've heard DA2 isn't very good anyways, so...?

You don't necessarily have to have played Origins to get into Inquisition, though it helps with the lore and world.

@pikablue Could I just start with Inquistion? I'm not liking DA:O and DA2 isn't good from what I heard.
Inquistion looks really good.

I'd say so, there might be some stuff you wont understand but the general story should be easy enough to understand. And yeah, I enjoy the combat and exploration a lot more in Inquisition.
