Reveal Trailer "Gameplay" Video So this game is an episodic much like Telltale's games, that's emphasizing choice. Few things that caught my attention were definitely the Rewind time to change the course of events and Multiple endings depending on the choices you make. I'm actually pretty interested to see what another developer can do with this kind of game layout o: Being backed by a pretty good triple A publisher like Square Enix... It's gonna have 5 episodes and all that jazz and it's up on steam so you can read the rest there. store.steampowered.com/app/319630

Kinda bothered me how they barley mentioned Telltale as an inspiration x-x

But, we've gone through this. I'm curious about the "Stephen King" comment.... But seeing as the spectrum of Stephen King books ranges from vampires, to zombies, to ghosts, to prison stories, to evil clowns, to stopping the JFK assassination, to fantasy post-apocalyptic westerns and multiple timelines and dimensions, that could literally mean anything.

Very true, Stephen King could be anything from beyond far out, to being grounded in reality, though I am willing to be it's talking about his stranger stuff, like IT or the Shining.

Shit, compared to The Dark Tower or 11/22/63, or even The Shining's own sequel, Doctor Sleep, The Shining and IT are completely mundane.

I'm glad that companies are starting to take story more seriously, at least.

No kidding, It was only 15 years ago that John Carmack said that gaming story's matter about as much as story's in porn, I like to think gaming has grown up and proven him wrong, even with stupid dumbass story writers like David Cage.

I don't get your problem with David Cage, not entirely any way, sure he's said some dumb shit and made Beyond 2 souls (which was shit) but he also made Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy and Heavy Rain which where both flawed but pretty good.

I hate him because his story's are so convoluted and have massive plot holes, and yet he thinks he is awesome and believes emotion comes from graphics and not story, and he can't write a female character worth anything! I won't even say he's overrated, I just hate him, I will direct you to all episodes of Two Best Friends play his games for reasons as to why he is terrible, just one thing to point out, in Heavy Rain, he admitted that there is a massive plot hole as to why the main character has blackouts and they think he is the killer, he wanted it to be a psychic link between the two, but he threw it out because he said it was stupid, he said and I quote, "It's better to have a plot hole then something stupid!" THEN WHY DON'T YOU REWRITE IT! Do it another way, don't just sit there and let a massive plot hole stand there when you are fully aware of it!
