Right all, this thread is from our very own Bromid. He posted it at the TT forums and asked me to recreate it here because he's too busy to make an account right now, and all of the following is his thoughts and whatnot. Also, he says hello again.
I know a lot of people were disappointed that we only got very small cameos of the 400 days protagonists that left for the camp. So far, Bonnie is the only one with a large role. But I'm happy with it for now. I know that 400 days and our choices in it will start to play a larger role.
1.) Eddie is clearly seen in the Episode 4: Amid the Ruins title card standing behind Clem. He must have a somewhat significant role, why else would they put him right in the main title card?
My prediction: Mike mentioned they could retreat to some old Civil War sights after escaping from Carver. In the Ep4 preview, we see the group in some kind of ruin, which is probably the Civil War ruins Mike was talking about. I think there will be some kind if large group or cult around these large ruins, thus the title "Amid the Ruins" and Eddie's inclusion
2.) Tavia was Carver's second in command and none of the main 5 400 days characters died. Obviously many guards and residents of the community were killed in the walker raid and Kenny's escape plan, but no 400 days protags are seen dying, or Tavia. When we were leaving, we heard Tavia and guards saying "Where's Bill?" Not knowing he had died at the hands of Kenny. Obviously they will find his gruesome body later and want revenge, especially Tavia, as she seemed close to Carver.
My prediction is that the remaining guards and Tavia will be hunting down the group in Ep4 and there will be another group of 400 days characters that went to the camp and we'll bump into them somehow. This is where we'll maybe see a Wyatt/Eddie reunion. And maybe Tavia will become a main antagonist.
3.) Nate. Nate is a fan favorite. He's Nate.
My prediction is that Nate will appear and fuck shit up
What do you think? Are you happy 400 days will actually have an impact now?

Wait... Civil war ruins? OMID CONFIRMED. Omid is the only way to revive my interest, I gotta say.
EDIT: On an unrelated note, Rock, how much have people been badmouthing me on the TTG forum?

Harp, from what I've seen you were quickly forgotten about and I haven't seen anyone so much as say your name since the day you said you were leaving.
Now, of course, back on topic. What do you guys think of this?

This is yet another Episode 4 thread made by the extremely photogenic Bromid over at the scenic TT Forums. he asked me to post it here, specifically in this thread, as well, so here it is. Once again, the stuff below the line is completely his.
Since the "next time on..." Trailer was pretty short and non-revealing this time, I've decided to make this thread. Hype doesn't seem to be high after the short preview that didn't really show much new stuff. So I've made a list of things to be excited about and talk and speculate about.
-the group will be separated at the beginning and we'll have to find them
-Kenny might get a badass eyepatch
-Sarita might die, causing Ken to lose it (even more)
-Rebecca will finally have the baby this episode (confirmed from achievements)
-We'll get some one on one Jane and Clem time (she'll probably teach her new survival skills like an achievement mentions)
-The group will be staying in a large museum (confirmed by achievement)
-Eddie WILL be in this episode, hinting that other 400 days characters will be too
-Eddie's group may run the museum area or Civil War ruin area
-There will be a huge fight or "war" (probably against Carver's remaining guards with Tavia or Eddie's group if they are bad)
-Rebecca will start to give birth during this big fight scene (so intense)
-the title of the war/fight achievement is "And They All Fall Down" implying shit will go down and many people could die in this fight
-Jane might try to turn Clem against the group (Jane or Kenny choice?)
-Clem will do some kind of ritual (as seen in the title card). Is Eddie's group some kind of satanic cult? Is this a sign Clem is scarred for life or changed forever?
-We will get to see Rebecca's baby in the episode and it will be a girl (confirmed by achievement)
-we will go to a church sometime in the episode (Molly?)
-part of the episode will take place in a civil war site. Lee and Omid both loved civil war history. You know what this means? More Season 1 references!!!
-Sarah might mature a lot after this episode, after seeing her dad die, Clem will probably help her grow up a bit in this episode
-Seeing as how Rebecca will give birth this episode, Clem might reference Christa and what happened to her baby (flashback maybe?)

Huh. I'd have imagined differently, after the shit storm it caused.
It's interesting, but if that happened, that'd be disappointing in my game. I wouldn't get good conversations with any of the characters. Well... Maybe one way. If every group member went, and Eddie turns out to be a protagonist, then Wyatt would see Eddie, and apologize profusely for his actions. Then he'd do his best to convince the others to join up with Eddie. I see Russel turning his back on Tavia. I also see Shel and, because of Shel, Becca too would then join. After that, I'm not sure Vince would. If Wyatt had stayed, then maybe he and Eddie would show up together, and when they saw their old friends beating up on a handicapped dude, and a kid, they might be inclined to help. Then, they all kiss and make up, or whatever. I guess both would happen if someone other than Wyatt left. Wyatt would be reunited with Eddie, and everyone else would be reunited with whoever left. Though I think Tavia might get killed.

Kiss and make up is never how it happens in the Telltale universe.

Kiss and make up is never how it happens in the Telltale universe. Well, unless it's the kiss of death. That happens quite a bit.

But it WOULD be huge bullshit if I didn't get to have a good conversation with any character simply because of some misunderstandings, and getting everyone to go with Tavia.

Bonnie is with the group now, and I bet the 400 Days survivors would be hesitant to shoot her. She was their friend, even if she went to Carver's camp and they didn't, so I don't think that not having conversations would be a problem based on if they went with Tavia or not. I bet tavia wouldn't give two shits, but the others knew her for quite a while, especially if they accompanied her to Carver's camp.

All I can say about this episode:
This episode needs to be a bloodbath. There are way to many characters in the group for it not to be.

I would be surprised if we didn't see all of the 400 Days characters again. I don't think Telltale would pick and choose certain members to expand upon while neglecting the others. I mean, if they were to go that route, wouldn't they expand upon the most well-received characters? Obviously I don't have any concrete data to back my claims, but casual observations leads credence to the belief that the fans mostly want to see Becca (to see how see plays off of Clementine), Nate (because he's a psycho), Vince (due to his criminal background and the familiarity of it thanks to Lee) and Eddie (pot head). If I had to pick one 400 Days character that the fans would have been OK with dumping prior to season 2? Bonnie. I think she rubbed some people the wrong way for some reason.
Yet, here we are. Bonnie is the only 400 Days character that is thus far playing a substantial role.
Writing the rest of the 400 Days people out wouldn't add up. Telltale always claims that they'll take fan response into account. If that's true, there's no way we don't see the more loved characters again. Plus... the story has to move forward somehow. Right now the only thing bridging the gap between Sarita losing her arm and Rebecca having her baby is Jane mentoring Clem and meeting back up with the group.

Ah, right. I forgot that part... But she DID let Carver get killed. They would have no way of knowing that. Even if they did, Bonnie had serious second thoughts about Carver even before she saw him beating the tar out of Kenny. She said that she was going to leave with Luke and the others, and even though she decided to stay it means she wasn't entirely comfortable with Carver even back then. The rest of the 400 Days characters may feel the same way, especially after what happened with Reggie. Reggie was a cool guy, and I can easily see the other 400 Days characters deciding that they've had enough of Carver once they hear that Carver killed him for not picking enough berries.

True. Now all that's left to discuss is Omid. Do any of you think he'll show up at the Civil war ruins? I sure hope so.
