I hope its not Rodrick. If they want to make a character miraculously survive (which I don't like in general. Looking at you, Kenny.), then shouldn't it be at least a character people care about? Or despise, just to fuck with the players. What did Rodrik say, one word? Who gives a shit. That reminds me...it kinda pissed me off how Gared kept yelling at Rodrik. I mean, you're simultaneously distracting him and drawing attention to yourself in the midst of combat. Dumb move.

So long as there's a decent explanation (He played dead up until Norren found him and realised he was alive or something) and so long as he isn't in perfect shape then I'll be fine. Maybe his legs are broken or something, so he can't fight and that's why we still need Asher.

I'm really interested to see how potentially taking the Tyrell thing and the key factors into a feature episode. I don't see any positive towards taking the Tyrell thing, but the key... seems like Telltale could Nick's watch us there. It's ingrained in us that thievery is wrong (and stupid in King's Landing) so I bet you're supposed to steal the key to help prevent something bad down the line, even if it's something small.

I WAS PANICKING!

I'm leaning towards Rodrik's survival too, considering the pre-playing Episode 1 menu shows you Asher's silhouette before he's revealed as a PC. Maybe someone should look through the files for confirmation. NOPE! Not this time, I don't feel it's right this time.

I've at least confirmed that we can't find out who it is just by editing the brightness and contrast of a screencap. Unlike the Amid The Ruins slide they're actually just full black silhouettes. Well that's at least an improvement, not like the ATR info mattered anyway, but again, improvement.

I'm still leaning towards him having been captured by the Freys, along with possibly Norren, and Bowen if he survived(so saving Bowen might have some effect), and then Rodrik having to escape, with the help of Norren, and possibly Bowen.

I keep rewatching that part, I don't know, I know a horse falling on you CAN kill you, but then again, he could have been knocked out and the Fray's assumed he was dead, I am totally with you on this one, Iron from Ice!

Even if he somehow survived a fucking horse falling on him, he was surrounded by Freys and Boltons and had a deep wound in the leg. He would not be able to just get that horse of off him himself anyway. No way he made it out. And even if he somehow did, I'll ask once again, why would you care?

Well for one he would be the likely lord of Ironrath, would not be a child, and could potentially fight back in a pitched battle, because as stated before, Asher is not leaving Essos, he won't likely, and we need prospective with Ironrath, so it has to be either be the daughter, the mother, or something like this, though honestly I wouldn't have a problem with either of those three options, oh, and the blind hope that SOMEONE ELSE survived, I mean, they can't all be dead right? Right?

Right? Gared surviving is a miracle in itself. Blackfish survived somehow. I'm pretty sure everyone else we know is dead. We'll just play as Talia (that was her name right?) or the mother. I think that's better than a big, unrealistic come back of a character that hasn't said a single word in the game.

I also have to wonder, did anyone else escape other then the Blackfish and Gared? Or is it seriously two survivors out of an entire army? I mean Jesus, even the Greatjon Umber didn't get out!

Again, betting he was captured, not immediately escaped without injury. And I don't particularly care about the character, I'm just thinking that it's likely. The silhouette is clearly Rodrik, episode two is called "The Lost Lords", etc. I think it's also likely that Talia could be our new Ironrath POV, but there's still the matter of the last silhouette, at the very least, not being Talia. What I think would happen if he survived, is that he was captured by the Freys, along with Bowen, if he survived. To make the Bowen choice meaningful, wed have to escape, and Bowen would help us(and probably die whilst escaping).

Probably some random, unimportant soldiers made it out. But the importatnt ones, I guess not.
