True, very true, also I find it unique that he talks to really no one, even her, outside of like one person. I don't remember him talking to anyone aside from Cullen.

That's what I meant, he won't talk to anyone, even the person that is caring for him at every moment.

Wow, that most recent episode was FANTASTIC.First off, finally warming up to Campbell as a villain. Also, I knew the Swede wouldn't die. I love that they're in the situation of him being completely guilty, and yet he's still more useful than the guy he killed. Something odd about Campbell and Durant. Durant makes a comment about how Campbell should go back East, where he belongs, and yet when Campbell confronts him later, the way they handle it is very different to how they view each other. Campbell's very straight forward, just, "I'm going to take your city, then your railroad", whereas Durant tries to be all smart, and kind of talks indirectly. And Sid is a badass. Sure, he's also a little evil, but he's pretty cool, too. I really hope they don't just kill him off. I really like him, he can cause some serious chaos. I bet he ends up working for Campbell, since now with Mickey killing his guys, Campbell's going to need more muscle. I really want to see Cullen and Sidney go head to head. I'm really surprised that they showed Elam in the previews for the next episode. I honestly thought that he might not come back.

Oh right, I never saw this episode until tonight, I missed it when I was on vacation, totally agree, this episode was AWESOME!

Aaaand, now Elam thinks his name is Bear Killer and that he has magic, and he's turned into some evil psycho killer. Fuck. I bet Cullen has to "put him down" in the next couple episodes. No way he gets better. Then again, I also thought there was no way he'd kill a bear and live so....

I really liked how all the fast-paced scenes were shot. No music, no loud, intense sounds, every thing was muffled and calm, and it kept skipping around. It made me feel... uneasy, which I assume was the goal.

A few things I see happening with Elam: -Elam freaks out and hurt/kills Eva, Cullen has to put him down. -Elam freaks out and hurts/kills someone, Campbell executes him, Cullen plots to kill Campbell with Durant(Sid is against them) -Cullen starts to help Elam, but Elam gets in a fight with Sidney. Sidney kills him, Cuullen tries to kill Sidney, but Campbell's people protect him(Sid and Campbell will be working together). Cullen plots with Durant to kill Sidney and Campbell. -Elam freaks out and kills Eva, he realizes what he's done, and he kills himself(or accepts his fate and Cullen/Campbell/Sid kills him) -Very unlikely, but, Elam gets back to being his old self after a while, and he helps Cullen and Durant to kill/get rid of Sidney and Campbell

I love how none of those ideas end very well for Elam.

I love how none of those ideas end very well for Elam. ._. Guy had a bear claw pulled out of his head and turned into a psycho killer, he's not getting better. That being said, if he does, I don't think they'll kill him this Season. They'll only kill him if he ends up hurting/killing someone and goes completely crazy.

Yeah... good point, I don't think there is much you can do when your mind has been fucked up by a bear.
