Review for Issue 15(as usual, non-spoilery stuff first, then I'll place specific stuff about the issue under a spoiler tag):
Another slower issue, but I'm honestly liking these just as much as the faster-paced one. Specifically, "All Alone Now" focuses on a few character's who haven't had much of a spotlight up until now, and has a few unexpected twists, too.
Not much more I can say about the art that I already haven't, it's consistently good. Though, I would like to point out the character design. Nothing specifically new in this issue, but it's something I noticed reading it that I haven't talked about before. There's a lot expressed in the design of character's like Sidney and Allison(I especially like how it's almost always a bit of shock to see Allison angry, and how there's always a subtle sinister feel to Sidney).
This issue focuses on Megan mostly, and how she deals with the the events early in this arc, which is nice. Up until this point, I've figured that Megan was kind of a foil character to Kyle. They've both been through horrible situations in their childhood. Kyle wears the pain he has from his childhood on his sleeve, but Megan hides it with an upbeat, joking demeanor. That's stripped away here, and we get a feel of how much all of this is really taking a toll on her.
Another scene that was interesting to see was Kyle's confrontation with Sidney. We've had a couple of scenes like this between Sidney and Anderson, and it's interesting to contrast those scenes with the one this issue. It gives an idea of how Kyle is fundamentally different form Anderson, and it's always nice to see Sidney filling the role of the villain more clearly than he usually does.
I think that after the two big events that opened up this arc, it's nice to have a slower, character-focused issue to break it up. Outcast has always handled pacing very well, and the juxtaposition of issues like "All Alone Now" and "This Little Light" is a big reason why. Though, this is also probably one of those issues where the spoiler-y discussion is probably a great deal more interesting.

A big reveal this issue, the fact that Amber is also Outcast. To me, this begs the question of if "Outcast" is hereditary(We haven't exactly seen Kyle' father...), but that's not the big thing. We don't know what this means for the mythos, and it's also a big event for the issue since Kyle's finally told the truth to Allison. And talking abut that, I do love how this series always plays with the conflict between a character says visually, and what they say literally. Allison is, of course, outraged finding out that Kyle has been telling "lies" about what happened, and thinks that Kyle is crazy, but at the same time, we see tears in her eyes, and how she reacts psychically is different than what we saw in "A Line is Crossed". It's little details like this that really make this series work for me.
Another question that's brought up in why Sidney bothers telling Kyle this? to confuse him? As misdirection? He's shown that he's incredibly intelligent, and a master of manipulation already with how he handled Anderson, so I've got to figure that he has some reason for doing this. I don't know, as more answers are revealed, even more questions fill the place of the old ones.
Anyway, I feel like it's always harder to talk about slower-issues compared to faster paced issues, and honestly it's harder to talk about issues that give answers, too, because they always lead to more questions. Sorry it took so long for this review to come out, but hey, at least this gave me an excuse to re-read the issue!
