Here's a quote just in case people can't find it:

I've seen another character elimination system used on other forums before called "Hurt-and-Heal." Basically, at the start of the game, every character starts off with a certain amount of "HP" (I think 30 is the usual but I could be wrong). Every round, players vote for one character to hurt and one character to heal. Hurting a character takes 2 points off of their HP while healing a character adds 1 point to their HP. This system might make for fairer eliminations.
