I hated it man.
You probably know my reasons.

Yeah I know, could you give it a score or something? It felt different, my fear was right, Jake and Sean leaving did cause something to happen, now I am not going to say the writing is bad, but it is clearly different and I am not sure if it is going in the right direction.

It feels as if they mixed a bit of Wolf Among Us in, mostly the amazing combat system, but maybe the pacing also? Its been like two months since I played Wolf Among Us, but in that game they did not give us time to slow down and talk to people right?

Odd, for lack of a better term. It fits much better in this game though. Also, my only complaint about the episode was that it needed a "drugstore" scene inside the cabin. It wouldn't have needed to be more than 10 minutes, but just a chance to get to know everyone a bit better. It should have been before going out to the river.

I 100% agree, I barely know anyone outside of Luke, Nick, and Pete, hell Alvin is used so little I did not know who Rebecca was talking about for a little bit.

I like the writing in season 2. I like how you are basically seeing the world through Clem's eyes, and how things aren't just going to be spoon-fed to he just because she's a kid. I love the tragic world, and how you can choose to be a headstrong and mean child, or be an innocent little girl when talking to people. It's way more interesting than playing as Lee, and I'd love to see them play around with dialogue choices more often this season.
While the plot hasn't picked up yet, episode one of season one was like this as well... The main storyline didn't really unfold until episode 3 in my opinion...

Hey TTaing, I do agree that there were improvements, I have to wonder where it is going though.

At least he did, it would not have been fitting for him to not die like a hero, but still, I doubt anyone expected him to die so fast.

It felt different, my fear was right, Jake and Sean leaving did cause something to happen, now I am not going to say the writing is bad, but it is clearly different and I am not sure if it is going in the right direction. You want me to rate it? Well even though I hated most part I liked Clementine as the new protagonist, even though she sounded quite different but hell it's a long time into the apocalypse, people change, even children. There was a lot of lines that Clementine said that were Lee's lines from season 1, that really showed he had left a long lasting impression on her, it was pretty heart warming. And then there was Sam. Even though he didn't last long he was really nice touch to the story. However telltale killed him off only minutes after he was introduced, well done telltale, you fucking dog murderers! I mean how did Sam even survive that long up to that moment where he met Clem?! Anyway the graphics were cool, a big step up from season 1. The characters were alright, even though they were assholes and pretty uninteresting IMO but they were 'ok'. The dialogue was good too. However there are my earlier complaints on my 'All That Remains Vent Thread' so overall I would give it a.... 6/10! That's me being nice.
