Carver would last until late Episode 4. Nick would not be determinant until the last episode, where it would be a choice between him and some other character. Pete wouldn't be bitten at the river, he'd just get separated from Nick and the choice plays out as normal except that they both survive. Pete would be bitten saving Nick when the walkers attacked the lodge but wouldn't be immediately killed by them. Instead, he asks Clem to look out for Nick just before she runs inside like he does now in the truck and he is executed by Carver once Carver has rounded everyone up and discovers the bite.
There was a lot of Pete in this post. I'm sure none of you are surprised.

Nothing really.
But I would like Troy to tag along instead of being shot in the dick.

I figured I'd type up a list of what I would change or would like to have an option.
Secret way to save Both Carley and Doug Be able to save Travis, Mark and Larry. Saving Larry would prevent Lilly from shooting Carley/Doug. Be able to leave with Lilly in the RV with Clem. Option to throw Ben off the train in Episode 3. Having Carley alive in Episode 4 would save Chuck. Be able to convince Molly to stay with the group in Episode 4. Prevent Lee from being bit.
Save Omid in 201. Save Christa in 201 Save Pete in 202. Be able to save Alvin again in 203. Have nick have a bigger role in 203. Option to convince Kenny to not kill carver, 'we're not like him' which leads to consequences. Have all the cabin members alive by Episode 4. Some are Determinent. Like Carlos, Pete, Nick, Alvin

They can be determinant! But still I want everyone to be alive.

Except for Ben and Lilly of course.

Unfortunately, it wouldn't be a good story if everyone survived. There'd be no tension if we didn't think that our best friend could be killed at any moment. That's what makes the feels so strong when, against the odds, someone survives.

It may be true, but it doesn't stop me from missing Pete. Or Carlos. Poor guys.

I would have changed the introduction of Ep 201 to have Clementine isolated in the wilderness prior to meeting Omid and Christa. I'd have at least one moral choice similar to the choices in Season 1 that focus more on moral issues over trust. Then, instead of Omid getting shot, I would create a new scenario in which Clementine meets Omid and Christa elsewhere besides the gas station, and both characters live or die as determinants.

Clem can only be isolated for so long because them S1E5 teaser shows her seeing what who we now know to be Omid and Christa on the hill.
I would have actually liked to start the episode with Clem getting out of Savannah and reuniting with Christa and Omid. That could have been emotionally poignant way to start off the Season, but I can see why they wanted to start things off in a more peaceful setting to let players get reacquainted with the controls and dialogue system.
I think I would have maybe just made the entire first episode Clem surviving with Christa and Omid and end it with Omid/Christa's determinant death. Then episode 2 picks up right after the time skip and goes on from there.

I would've liked that.
