A minecraft fan fic, making the experience as real as possible and off the top of my head, unplanned, just like 'Living'.... Enjoy.
First I opened my eyes, to see the calm blue sky above. Creamy white clouds swirled in the sea of crystal blue. I felt a strange cool breeze rush through me, my short brown tangled hair flapping in the gentle wind.
The hot sun was beating down upon the land, the sweet smell of the green grass flared up my nostrils. I sat up and stared at the new world around me, confusion beginning to set in.
I glanced around at the trees, the leaf covered branches swaying, these provided me shelter from the scalding hot sun. Unsure of what to do with myself I stood and wandered closer to one small tree in particular.
I stared at the bark for a moment, before raising my fist and punching the wood. A sharp pain rushed up my arm, I let out a small pained groan, my hand throbbing, my nerves on fire.
I punched the tree again, a tingling situation in my hand. Determined I punched the tree again, and again, the pain I felt was unbearable but I carried on. Crimson red liquid oozed from my clenched fist, feeling defeated by a simple organism I lifted my other hand and stroked my sore knuckle, wincing in pain.
I glanced down at the ground to see pieces of the bark scattered at my feet and around the roots of the tree. A wave of accomplishment washed over me as I knelt down and picked up the pieces of wood, studying it closely.
What now? I wondered to my self. I picked up a small sapling which had fallen from the tree I had punched. I stared longingly at the precious gift of life which I gripped tightly in my hand.
One day this sapling would become a mighty oak, and then it would produce more saplings so the cycle could start over. Just like me, I was going to start a new.
