Just a fun thing while we pass the time; list the choices in Season 2 from hardest to easiest.
Here's mine:
Sit with Luke or Kenny (Sat with Luke) Lie to Walter or tell him the truth (Told the truth) Save Nick or Pete (Saved Pete) Kill Sam/Leave Sam (Killed him Gave Victor Water (Gave it to him) Look for Kenny/Give in to Carver (Looked for Kenny) Covered for Sarah (Took The Blame) Accept Nick's Apology (Accepted) Told Walter about Matthew (Told Him) Distract Scavengers (Distracted Them)

Hardest to Easiest:
Nick or Pete (Went with Pete, RIP) Surrender or go find Luke and Kenny (Went to find Luke and Kenny) Give Victor Water or not (Gave it to him. As of the release of AHD, however, the water is being saved for Pete in all subsequent playthroughs)
The rest were all pretty easy for me, so I'll just list my choices in no particular order:
Sat with Kenny Told Walter the truth Said Nick was a good guy Didn't take blame for the picture Mercy killed Sam Accepted Nick's apology Distracted Scavengers (this was the easiest one of all)

I practically had a breakdown and had to skype my sister for a second opinion.

I'll just rank mine in 3 categories in no particular order
Struggled for a while: Sat with Luke Looked for Kenny Saved Pete
Thought about it for a bit: Reminded Carlos that he told to distract Sarah Gave Victor Water Accepted Nick's Apology
Didn't even think about it: Told Walter the truth Said Nick was a good guy Killed Sam Distracted Scavengers

EASY:
Sit with Luke or Kenny (Sat with Kenny. I did take some time deciding, yet reflecting on it, my choice was easily Kenny. Simply because Clementine hadn't seen him in two years and I thought they'd catch up more than they did on the couch.)
Save Nick or Pete (Saved Nick. Liked Pete, but the way I saw it, he was bite and done for. I thought if I saved him then Nick would die and I'd end up saving neither.)
Kill Sam/Leave Sam (Killed him. C'mon, you gotta do the humane thing.)
Gave Victor Water (Didn't give it to him. Never thought about the chance that he might tell me something about what happened. I was too taken by the fact that he was part of the reason why Christa's gone.)
Covered for Sarah (Took The Blame. Gotta spare the innocent, especially when my Clem is a take-no-shit type.)
Accept Nick's Apology (Accepted. Truth be told, this was only easy because I relate to Nick so much and I didn't want Clem to hate someone like me.)
Distract Scavengers (Distracted Them. Simple. You owe Christa that much, probably a LOT more.)
MEDIUM:
Look for Kenny/Give in to Carver (Gave in to Carver. Honestly had no idea what would happen. I was convinced that Carlos could be killed. Ultimately that won out.)
HARD:
Lie to Walter or tell him the truth (Lied. At that point... I don't know what I was thinking. He surprised me by being one of the purest, nicest characters in Walking Dead history and he deserved the truth, but something about him with the cigarette and the knife scared me.)
Huh. Weird. Guess I had an easier time than I thought...

Here is my own ranking on how easy and hard the choices were for me in Season 2 so far.
HARD: Sit with Luke or Kenny (Sat with Kenny)
MEDIUM: Save Nick or Pete (Saved Pete) Lie to Walter or tell him the truth (Told the truth) Kill Sam/Leave Sam (Killed him) Give Victor Water (Gave it to him) Look for Kenny/Stay to help Carlos (Looked for Kenny) Cover for Sarah (Took The Blame)
EASY: Accept Nick's Apology (Accepted) Nick's fate (Said Nick's a good man) Friendly to Sarah (Pinky swore) Distract Scavengers (Distracted Them)

I practically had a breakdown and had to skype my sister for a second opinion. Yeah, that one was actually pretty simple for me. When I realized it was an actual choice I looked over at Luke, laughed, said out loud to my monitor "Is this even really a choice?", laughed some more, then finally sat down with Kenny. I've got nothing against Luke, not at all, but by that point we had been waiting for over a year to find out what had happened to Kenny. He'd been assumed dead for even longer in-game, and to top it all off I was his bro in Season 1. Even got the bro speech on my main playthrough, so that's canon for me. I probably would have sat with the ITYWD person no matter who they were (the only exception being Vernon).
EDIT: I can understand why it would be a hard choice, though. I just wanted to get caught up with Kenny more than anything else. I even (hesitantly, I might add) told him I'd stay with him and Sarita.

Am I the only one who found the hostage choice in episode 2 extremely hard? I thought if I gave up Alvin would die, and if I didn't Carlos would die, I literally was panicking the whole time, and I swear to god I thought I was going to have a heart attack, I contemplated changing my choice once I picked find Kenny, damn that was hard!

My choice was like, 'fuck it, I'm outta here', but mainly I felt like I had to go get reinforcements. Tons-of-fun Alvin and Rebecca wouldn't exactly be as helpful as Machete-wielding Luke and gun-toting Kenny.

In all seriousness, I was thinking the same thing. It's never a good idea to let yourself be taken hostage (though the alternative can sometimes be worse) and I thought that the group stood the best chance of being rescued if I managed to get to both Luke and Kenny and told them what was happening. If Luke hadn't hightailed it out of there I think it may have actually been possible to do something. When I saw it was only Kenny, well, I knew we were fucked so I got him to surrender and saved Alvin's life.

I've just realised, Luke hasn't used his gun once, has he?

Nope. I hope he does at some point, I'd hate for that thing to be just for show. In his defense, though, he hasn't ever been around in situation where the gun was absolutely necessary such as the lodge attack.

Hard: Luke or Kenny (Kenny) Nick or Pete (Pete) Friends with Sarah? (Yes, but no pinky swear)
Easy: Surrender or find Kenny (find Kenny) Give water to Victor? (Yes) Kill or leave Sam? (Leave, out of spite) Said Nick was a good guy Told Walter the truth
Super easy: Accepted Nick's apology Distracted scavengers Blamed Carlos for the picture("You told me to distract her!")

Hard: Nick or Pete (Pete) Sit with Luke or Kenny (Luke. Although I sat with him mainly because of Nick)
Medium: Lie or tell Walt the truth (told the truth) Surrender or go find Luke and Kenny (went to find reinforcements) Accept nick's apology (didn't accept) Who to blame for the photo (I was silent) Give the water to the dying man (didn't give the water. That was a good decision, Pete got to drink it.)
Easy: Kill or leave Sam (killed him) Said that Nick was a good guy Disctract scavengers (distracted them, I'm surprised this was even a choice)

The easiest was for me, Nick's apology, the Sam choice, the Christa choice.
