I never knew that, well now I feel dumb just playing Snake Eater on loop. I always used to play the briefing tapes when I'd go on missions so I'd actually understand the story. Now I just have Snake Eater, Sins of the Father, Take on Me, and Spin me Right Round on loop the entire time.

That ending wasn't very great, the best part was the theme song, Sins of the Father. I mean hell, that song is EPIC! Metal Gear really knows how to make fantastic soundtracks, but the final boss isn't that special, and the way the villain is handled was bad. They hyped him up and then... nothing, oh and that jeep scene was annoying as fuck!

No story spoilers: You do know you've got like ten more story missions after that that tie up the story rather nicely right? I feel that gives a much better ending than chapter 1's ending.

I'm pretty sure that's what he's talking about. There's a whole "Chapter 2 preview" after beating chapter 1, so I really don't think he could have missed that. 2. It's more like 8 repeats of earlier missions with extra challenges imposed and 2 more story missions, one of which is just the first mission but with slightly different starting and ending cutscenes 3. It... really doesn't tie up the story at all. Eli and Mantis are still roaming around with the English parasite strain and a giant Metal Gear, I'd say that's pretty un-tied. I realise that it's cut content and would have been tidied up in the cut Mission 51, but since that's not actually in the game, it's still really unfinished. That's not the only annoyingly cut thing either. Code Talker tells Snake to be wary of Miller... but that never ends up amounting to anything. Also, the fact that Mission 46 kind of just comes out of nowhere. The conditions of it are that you unlock it after Huey is exiled, right? It's never made clear what makes Venom suddenly remember what really happened. And also the fact that chapter 2 is almost entirely rehashes of chapter 1 missions seems pretty rushed.

I know that, but as the ending to chapter 1, it really fails to satisfyingly end a few storyarchs. And may I just say, FUCK CHAPTER 2! When Angry Joe said that there were clearly behind the scenes issues for chapter 2, I didn't think it would be THIS OBVIOUS! I have to beat the same missions with extreme difficulty now? So fucking padded.

Okay, yet another badly finished storyarch! Okay, so Man on Fire was Volgen, I figured that at the start but was never sure, and they just killed him in a small cutscene? No bossfight? There was at least 10 bossfight's in Snake Eater, behind Sahalanthropus, is there really any other bossfight? The Skulls barely count, and Quiet is piss easy. Oh, and is there any plot reason why Quiet can now where actual clothes? Because I can't see any, and it makes the entire controversy about her utterly pointless! MGSV, you are really trying my patience, I love you, but fuck! Also, Miller is really getting on my nerves with how bloody paranoid he is! At this point, the only character I really like is Ocelot.

I love the side ops, not so much the extreme missions. I have only 30 left, and I STILL HAVEN'T FOUND HIDEO! Seriously, is he the last one? I already got an S+ soldier and doctor, so it's more cool then needed at this point. Also wormholes, they were around in 1984, who knew?

I think it's called something like "Rescue the Intelligence Specialist".

Because I am seriously thinking of rushing because of Fallout 4. Side note, I LOVED the disease after mission 25, it was GREAT! I cared so much for my soldiers, that I dropped everything, rushed the next four missions, and even stayed up until almost 3:00 AM. Good job MGSV.

As for the side op, there are two ways to unlock it. A: Complete the mission in Ground Zeroes where you rescue Kojima and import your GZ save. You'll have access to it from the start. This how I got it. B: Complete 75% or more of the side ops in Afghanistan, which is what you will probably have to do.

Also does the Battlegear ever become something? Because it just got finished and I see no current use.

Also that sucks, an OP buddy for beating the game would have been fun.
