Not sure if this is still the place to do introductions. As a general rule, I don't feel uncomfortable bumping old threads. Ah, well. Here goes. My name is Nick. I've gone with the username sos4prez for years. Not sure why I still do considering it's based on an old underground rap mixtape that I haven't listened to in years, but whatever. I like a lot of things... sports, music, movies, TV shows, you name it. First got into Walking Dead when the TV show came out, then the comics about a year ago, then the video game. I wasn't really a video game guy until this past summer. Mostly just stuck with the Maddens, FIFAs and MLB The Shows of the world. No idea why, but I saw a trailer for The Last of Us back in April and just thought it looked like something special. Rolled the dice, loved it to death and got me back into video games. Found my gaming niche in games that has a good story with characters that make you care and make you feel something. I was originally hesitant to try Telltale's Walking Dead because I wasn't sold on the point and click game. Looking back, that was foolish as fuck. Has to be among my favorite games of all-time right there with Last of Us, Uncharted, Tony Hawk Underground 2 and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. (What can I say? That game was the balls on PS2.  ) The Wolf Among Us is shaping up to be pretty awesome too. I'm also over at the Telltale forum. Pretty new there as well. Saw the link to here and figured I'd check it out. So as Clementine can opt to say to Sarah: "hi, there..." |
