Very well.
The new hero- Angel. She is a little girl and she is eight years old. She has the ability to transform into a angry rampaging beast and can't control herself. Years ago, when she was born, she got kidnapped by a crazy scientist named Robert Dark and he injected in her with some demon energy and baby Angel turned into the beast and killed Robert.
The new villain- The Spy. He will be similar to the Spy from Team Fortress 2. He has the ability to disquise himself as other people and kill them, and he will also be a serial killer who kills people who know who he is and he is after Angel or more likely, he is after her power.

Villain-Roy L'aulerthé.He is a Man of Very high importance and influence,he is most unique in the fact he doesn't have a power. He also has a daughter but he doesn't really pay much attention to her. He is very rich but is not influenced by Greed that's all I'm revealing.
Juliet L'aurlerthe:His daughter,
'undefined scale':Ethan Anatosa He's a prankster at heart but is very nice, hates anything that could possible be trouble, also, He does know The Heroes

Dafydd Thomas. Welsh immigrant scientist. Not a hero or a villain, and will probably piss both sides off at some point, but he just cares about figuring out the science of these super powers.

Sure, but i cant really go into much detail other then his name and a few hints at his power and backstory.
Alpha: A man who wears a white hood with white and red armor, he has powers that hint at his past.
Thats literatly all i can say, his story will be revealed as time goes on.
im honestly excited for when this starts!
