Hey, at least he shoots a gun instead of running away. That makes him better than Ben in my book. He is not a coward and is a better shot, which might not be saying much, but still is the truth, for the record he DID survive the still area without help, what does that tell you?

It tells me that he ran back inside the shed. He only killed one walker, whereas Uncle Pete managed to kill 3-4, while dying from a walker bite.

Well, Nick tried to help Clem and Luke from Matthew because he thought he was with Carver. Even though he fucked up because Matthew was good, just going out to the bridge ready to duel with the dude is being leagues braver than Ben already.

Also, he can kills walkers and is really good with a rifle, he was reeeaally far away from Matthew, but still managed to pinpoint him right in the head area. He also headshot all those walkers at the end if episode 2 if you go with him. He also was going to face his problems and tell Walter the truth. Something Ben never did *hint* *hint* Kenny

Well he did fight the walkers at the end and killed a few. So did everyone else. He hasn't done anything exceptional. That's not bad in and of itself, as neither have most members of the new group, but he's the only one who's fucked up to such a degree as to require such acts in order to be considered helpful. Matthew is dead because of him. He has to make up for that. But he did have a reason, did Ben say why he took the hatchet of intelligence?

If the Cabin Crew had taken Ben in, they'd all be dead by now. I'm just saying that to say Nick is helpful isn't really accurate at this point. He's done one good thing, but it's been overtaken by the many bad things. Simply having and understandable reason for fucking up so hugely doesn't make it any easier on Walter.

We can all agree that Nick is not beyond redemption, right?

We can all agree that Nick is not beyond redemption, right? He does not need to, Ben clearly did, this guy says he is sorry every time he is an asshole or fucks up, and does the right thing, seems good enough for me.

We can all agree that Nick is not beyond redemption, right? He's totally not beyond redemption. In fact, assuming he survives Episode 2 (which he did for me) I know he'll be trying to make up for Matthew. Because under all of the guilt and low self esteem, Nick is a good person. I told Walt as much and firmly believe it.

I believed it also, I was not lying for him, I think he is a good guy who means well who deserves to live longer then he likely will, by the way, did anyone else feel like Ben during the whole time before Walt found out? I felt so bad knowing I killed his friend.

I was leaning heavily to the "tell the truth" side even before I showed Nick the photo and he wanted to confess. That just confirmed my decision.

I wanted to tell him, but seeing him out there, in the rain with the knife, scared me so much, I almost didn't tell him, I kept going back and forth so many times, seriously I was praying he was not going to stab Nick, I was so happy when he saved Nick, when Carver dies, I will so say, "That was for Walter you fucker!"

Yeah, Walt was really creepy out there. Especially jarring since he had been so nice earlier in the Episode. The way he just said "I love this knife" gave me the chills. I thought someone was going to die during that scene. It was VERY intense. And yeah, when Carver finally eats a bullet, I'm dedicating that kill to Walter and anyone else that madman murders.
