I managed to get back all the Devine Beasts. Now I just have to go fight Ganon and then I win? I feel like there might be something else afterwards. At the moment I'm trying to collect all of Link's memories. I got 9 out of 12 so far. Link and Zelda are so fucking cute. I ship it so hard. I'm also trying to get enough heart pieces, which means I have to complete more shrines, in order to get the master sword that I found in the lost woods. Also, Revali is officially my favourite character in this game besides Link and Zelda. He's such a cocky bastard and I love him. Am I the only one who thought the dungeons were really really short and easy? Like, I remember hearing that main missions were around 40~50 hours... I'm guessing that the lenght includes both the divine beast main missions and the memories main mission, but it still feels rather short... (I haven't done the memory one yet though). I suppose the focus is on secondary missions instead of main missions, but I also haven't found many side missions that are really worth it (something like, for example, Anju and Kafei was in MM). Most of them are "bring me X and I'll cook Y for both of us". Dunno... it's not exactly what I expected. I know not all side missions can be like that one from MM, but I haven't found even one really... I guess the strong point of the game is when you're just exploring, scavenging and looting... but the missions weren't as good as I expected. This doesn't mean "bad" in any way... just that I hoped it'd be better than what I think we got.

However, I mean it more in an overall way. Like, if you only do the main missions, the game is really really short. I know you're not supposed to do only the main missions, but I mean... for me, they are a really important part of a Zelda game. I almost feel like the game doesn't have a "main story" somehow, since it is so short. I know there's memory fragments which I haven't seen yet so my opinion might change after I do, but for now... that's how it feels. They could've included something that is not necessarily dungeons in the game for the main story, just like Skyrim did back when it came out. But welp... I guess the side missions will do for now. I still really like the game, I just hoped it was longer.

I got enough heart pieces to get the master sword. Didn't take very long as I was only 2 hearts short. I don't think I actually need the master sword to complete the game but I fucking wanted that shit.
I also did a side mission to tame and register the royal family white horse, or rather, it's grandchild. It's so fucking gorgeous and has some good stats, and the guy that wanted me to do the side mission gave me the royal saddle and reins. Sweet! Though I still want to find Epona. I'm starting to think that the only way to get her is to use the Smash Bros Link amiibo (she's basically behind a paywall, but if she actually is somewhere in the game like people say, then I'm gonna try real hard to find her)

Well, I finished the main story. Got the true ending after collecting all of Link's memories. It was a good game, I really liked it. Especially the Link and Zelda moments. So cute! And Revali too. I love him.
Now I just have to find and beat all of the shrines, do all of the side quests, find and tame a bear, and then I will be fully satisfied.

Dammit, I still can't form a proper opinion on this game.
I definitely like it, and have had fun with it for hooooours, but I can't tell what is it that makes it fun. It's more basic than other Zeldas in the combat, for example, but it still is as good as the others. The main missions aren't many, yet it still feels like a complete game somehow. The secondary missions don't vary that much, and yet I still have fun with them...
I think what makes it good is, literally, the world. The game wants you to get lost and explore the world around you. It doesn't want you to just do missions here and there, it wants you to discover new places, and find nooice loot, and more shit like that. I cannot say I dislike that focus, to be honest.
However, I just wish it had a better story. I guess that's the only part of this that I didn't specially like.
And, even after saying this, I cannot form my opinion. I don't know if it's good or bad, but the thing is... I'm having fun with it, I guess that counts for something, right?

I finally mounted and rode a bear. Mission accomplished.

I agree with everything in this video, I mean it's a good game but it's nowhere near as perfect as some people are making it out to be.
