It's funny how Carver says "If people can't trust you then how can you trust them?" Exactly when Clementine is shown with an unloaded gun. Could it be that instead of running out of bullets, she never had any bullets in the first place? Could it be that someone had given her an unloaded gun? Could. It. Be. Definitely rebecca, it's the same gun she was carrying when walking through the woods. Gives me more reasons to try to do horrible things to her when she's about to give birth in episode 3.

Well to be honest, if Carver says that I can't trust the group, why the hell should I even trust him? Something tells me that he is trying to trick Clem and turn her against the group for his own motives, this is like when the Stranger tricked Clem into thinking that he has her parents. Even if Clem and the group don't get along, I won't definitely trust Carver and won't join him and his group.

I don't trust anyone. It'd be foolish to at this point. Luke gave Clementine some food and acted nice once she barely avoided death in a shed they locked her in. Awesome! Other than that...? I wouldn't need Carver to try and put ideas in my head. I already don't trust the cabin group and I hope Clementine doesn't either.
Not saying I trust Carver over them, that'd be stupid city. I only trust myself to make the best decisions possible.
And if Rebecca DID give Clem an unloaded gun, she's never winning me over. I don't care if it turns out she was raped. Act like a shit-stain, get treated like one back.

"These people don't trust you, why do you trust them?" That's a really good line, something she's gotta learn if she wants to survive. I find it weird how she just lets him walk in with no problem but maybe that's just the trailer and it'll be different in the game. Yep, just a few lines in, and he is already saying great lines, badass.

Yeah I don't trust him, I mean even if he is honest, he still did kill Roman and his guys, so even if he is right, he is not a good guy.

Even if he did, we don't know who Roman became, maybe he was leading a group of bandits and wanted to rob Carver's group. All we know about Carver so far is that Cabin group doesn't trust him and si scared of him. Is it because he's evil or because they did something really wrong? We have to wait to find out.

True, but I am betting on him being a antagonist, because we deserve a great villain that is NOT DEAD already, and Carver is fucking perfect, and the way he talked about the cabin people, it seemed way to menacing for the guy to be nice.

His voice is so damn cool. I know, because his voice actor is a professional actor for more then 30 years, and he plays creepy people really well.

I really hope he is somewhat sympathetic in a way. While he clearly is gonna be a bad guy, maybe he will have some redeeming qualities.

I'll hash out some terms with Carver. He can have Rebecca and her kid (and Alvin if he protests) so long as he leaves the others alone.
