I wouldn't say that Vernon was actively working to kill them. He DID trick them into thinking he was an ally, then screwed them over in just about the worst possible way, but I don't think he cared what happened so long as he got the boat. Still, fuck him. He is far worse than Lilly... Though, you know what? Bio's real reason for hating Lilly is so depressing, so fucking shocking, I don't even want to talk about it anymore. I'm not even exaggerating. I'm stunned.

Yeah, I know. Because no matter what you fucking do, no matter how nice you are, she shoots Carley, ditches Lee and Clem, and reveals Lee's secret. What Vernon did was much worse. He tricked them into thinking he was a friend, then he actively worked to kill them all. Harp, if he was actively trying to kill them all, why does he lock them in the shed? He plans on screwing them over, not killing them.

Harp, if he was actively trying to kill them all, why does he lock them in the shed? He plans on screwing them over, not killing them. He was just as much actively killing them as Lilly was actively killing Lee with the RV. But she wasn't actively trying to kill Lee, she just took it and drove off. She just wanted to get away from the group because she didn't trust them not to execute her after she killed another member. A direct result of that action would have been the group dying due to lack of transportation had they not gotten the train working, and Lilly had no way of knowing it would work, but she wasn't TRYING to kill them any more than Vernon was. She, like Vernon, just didn't care if the group lived or died as long as they managed to get away with what they were stealing.

I used to hate Becca. Before S2, at least.
Clem in S2, at her worst (being as edgy and 'badass' as you can be) is really not that far off from Becca herself.
Becca insults Bonnie at the ending of 400 Days, and Clem has a number of ways in which she can insult or slander a couple characters in season two.
People say that Becca has lost hope for the future, and so can Clem. Depending on your choices, Clem can say dialogue choices that express loss in hope for the future to Walter.
I really don't see the hate for her now.
