Thanks tried it but for some reason it still wouldn't work. I switched to the WDs2 and that seemed to extract everything fine. I switched Lee for Nick but the models don't change in game.
Do I need to load any command prompts on CMD to get the model switch to load in game?
"A.Rename leeflashback.prop mike.prop and replace the old mike file.
------------------------
The "new" method (More time consuming, but you can interact with them.)
1B: Find Leeflashback.d3dmesh and mike.d3dmesh in the 205txmesh.ttarch
2B:rename Leeflashback.d3dmesh mike.d3dmesh and replace.
3B: Go into the 205data.ttarch and find Lee.skl and mike.skl
4B: rename lee.skl mike.skl and replace."
Did that for season 2 episode 1 - the files that have been changed are in Desktop/Modelswap/data/TWD-S2E1, is there anything i have to do with the game to get it to load the files from there? because it definitely isn't at the moment... As mentioned by the meg , the modified files needs to go back to the original location of where that file was from. For having trouble extracting TWD Season 1 Episode 1, try extracting it from a different location where the file path isn't that long. So instead of C:\Users\Alex\Desktop\etc 1. Create a new folder directly into your C:\. If you have any other drives besides C:\, then use them instead because Windows does not like things to be save directly into drive C. 2. In the drive you're using (let's say drive D), prepare the folders by creating them first. 1 for the original files and the others for the extracted files. e.g. Folder for source file will be TWDS1 Extracted file folder(s) is TWDS1\Ep1\Data 3. Copy what ever files you want to extract from TWD Season 1 into the "TWDS1" folder 4. Open up CMD (run as Admin), then use the ttrach tool to extract e.g. ttrachext.exe 52 "D:\TWDS1\2_WalkingDead101_english_pc_data.ttarch" "D:\TWDS1\Ep1\Data" Now if you are going to extract the TxMesh files, then prepare a folder first called Mesh like this, TWDS1\Ep1\TxMesh ttarchext.exe 52 D:\TWDS1\5_WalkingDead101_english_pc_txmesh.ttarch" "D:\TWDS1\Ep1\TxMesh" Hey that worked perfectly thanks.
Im at the cabin and Lee as Nick looks really blacked out, is that normal?
Is it also not possible to add other episode characters into different episodes? I then tried to add Vince from 203 into 201 over Nick but it causes the game to constantly crash Need to use the new method to make it work, where it does not involved the character's .Prop files. Ok I tried following this "The "new" method (More time consuming, but you can interact with them.) 1B: Find Leeflashback.d3dmesh and mike.d3dmesh in the 205txmesh.ttarch 2B:rename Leeflashback.d3dmesh mike.d3dmesh and replace. 3B: Go into the 205data.ttarch and find Lee.skl and mike.skl 4B: rename lee.skl mike.skl and replace. Now Recompile the ttarch files and you've now swapped the models! Depending on which character you swap though, they may not make any facial animations. This will be addressed in the next tutorial." But with Vince from 203 switching with Nick from 201. Now once loaded the nick character is completely blacked out apart from his eyes, it it something to do with model swapping during the cottage and cabin parts?? Someone on youtube said there was bugs involving it, any way to fix this>? C:\Users\Alex\Desktop\ModelSwap\ttarch>ttarchext.exe -b -V 7 55 "G:\ModelSwap\0.ttarch2" C:\Users\Alex\Desktop\ModelSwap\data\TWD-S2E1 Mine looks like that at the moment, then i replace the ttarch file for episode 1 with this new one and Vince is still fully blacked out. Any way to fix these lighting issues?

Hello everyone, I have a new problem. The game ( Walking Dead Final Season ) has made a big update, so I have to start all over again, so far so good. The trouble is that I can't recompile, rebuilding the files, it puts me: "Permission Denied". Would anyone know how to solve this problem , please ?

The trouble is that I can't recompile, rebuilding the files, it puts me: "Permission Denied". Would anyone know how to solve this problem , please ? Why do you need to rebuild the files? Because I extracted to be able to do the MOD, now that it's done I have to recompile everything, rebuilding it into a single file.

Finally it works again, I can recompile the files into one again. I just have the problem with the swap I made between Tenn and Aj. I have succeeded for the head and the body but it is the hair that does not appear. There is also the problem with headgestures, facegesture. If anyone wants to help me explain myself because I'm having trouble with that , please

Just wanna put this here
The fact that there is a Clementine follower mod for SKyrim...and not fallout 4...is probably the most absurd thing...ever
Like, seriously, how is this a thing? or rather not a thing? Fallout 4 and its setting practicly begs for a walking dead mod, its got the zombie mods down, there is even Ellie from the last of us, yet somehow, after all this time, there is no clem mod. Yet there is a clem follower in skyrim as a mod, a game where it makes zero....nay... less then zero sense for her to be in.
Admittedly i did try to convince the guy who made the skyrim clementine follower mod to bring it to fallout 4 but i was not successful.

I swapped Clementine with Clementine from McCarroll Ranch and was able to play all 3 episodes just fine. But with episode 4, about 98% of her body disappears. I went back to double check the files, and nothing seems to be missing, or out of the ordinary. So what gives, I don't get it. Episodes 1-3 Episode 4

Wow this is really nice thing Tormundus, i'm maybe even gonna try to do some recolors , thank you I wanted to repack textures for ANF a long time ago, for pre-Batman telltale games i used TTG Tools and it works like charm, however it doesn't work for newer games, and it looks like quickly(creator of TTG Tools) stop updating it! What is the best program to use to edit Batman textures - I want to create new suits (colors) for Batman. I'm trying to get a close to the Phantom - The Ghost That Walks costume as I can possibly get

Vince seems to only work in episode 3, the episode vinces character appears in. All the other episodes he is just blacked out I don't get it. For the easy method is this all I have to do? "In this example, we'll be replacing Mike (Episode 5) With Lee (Episode 5 flashback) 1A. If you want to do this the "old" way (YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO INTERACT WITH THE CHARACTER OUTSIDE OF COMBAT SCENARIOS), start by finding lee flashback.prop, and mike.prop in the 205data.ttarch. Just switch the prop files in my folder - "C:\Users\Alex\Desktop\ModelSwap\data\TWD-S2E2" Because that's exactly what I am doing switching sk54_lee.prop from episode 1 with Alvins Prop file from episode 2 and nothing happens. No changes at all. Is there anything else I need to do to get it working? 2A.Rename leeflashback.prop mike.prop and replace the old mike file." I mean is it because they're from different episodes that it doesn't work? I have seen clips on youtube with Lee in s2 ep3 even though his character prop file is not in the ep3 folder, so how would I be able to do this
