The bit below the bottom lip looks weird but that at least looks a hell of a lot more like S1 Kenny than the "Kenny" in ANF I assume they added that in so the beard was seamless - you can see some leftovers on his cheeks, too. What really makes me think this is the stubble on his chin that doesn't show up when he has the beard. I dunno man, the stubble was the exact same way in S1, and it seems like, aside from the beard integration on his bottom lip, it seems like Kenny's S2 texture was just his exact S1 texture upgraded to a higher resolution. It's possible that they never intended for the beard to be off, and just left in all the stuff that the beard covered up. I wonder, can you still remove the mustache in S2 like you could in S1? Just have a facial-hair-less Kenny?

The lines are a separate texture that are overlaid onto the normal texture, as opposed to Season 1 where it was all drawn onto the same texture. It's definitely made from scratch because there's slight differences in skin tone and how the lines are actually drawn. Also Kenny's stache could only be removed in both versions by editing the texture (because it's part of his face texture), but after some awfully rushed editing in five minutes:

I mean, isn't Kenny always upset about something? Kenny's always angry about something, Nick's the one who's always upset (usually because a family member is dead).

That's exactly how they work according to Snake Well he's not really Snake and nothing makes sense in Metal Gear. I'm just saying that wearing eyepatches under your ear is a common thing.
