What the hell is this? looks like that would be blood coming out of her eyes. It's a mask map. Let's say you want to mask a green color to a texture, in-game it would only show up on the red area in the mask texture. yeah but why is it called headDamage and why does it look like it's blood coming out of the eyes? is this used anywhere? |

It's not. Looks like we're originally gonna have Clem cry during the flashbacks. Which is why it made me wonder why Clem doesn't have visible tears when Jane/Kenny/Edith dies. |

Just like they forgot that Jesus had his hands tied. Or just like they initially forgot that Gryff was beaten up to mashed apples and should look as such in GOT E05. Nah, that's a small problem. |

sk62_clementine_headDamageA_mask.d3dtx I'm more interested in this texture: I guess it's unused because i don't remember it anywhere in the game I remember on a lot of the teaser pics she had a lot more stains on her shirt compared to the actual game but nothing this bad. one thing I did really notice about S3 is the lack of blood and gore. Remember how much blood was on character's clothes and faces?  It really made it look a lot more realistic. I mean, they don't even shower, constantly killing zombies. In S3 they look so clean and glossy, really ruins the mood sometimes. |

I really enjoyed looking at all the models, assets, environments, etc. S3 feels soulless, doesn't feel "Telltale-ish" at all. |

On the right there's the texture of the blouse that Clem had tied around her waist. The only difference is the blood spatter. |

Not in those shitty 30 second flashbacks that's for sure. I think Javy only has death scenes, and even those are cheap. You only see the walker crawl on top of him and then GAME OVER. I remember in S1 if you missed a QTE with lee, the zombie would rip his guts out or rip a chunk off your shoulder. Not that I like seeing it, but they put more work into it. |
