So since the choice stats aren't showing yet, I will assume these are the major choices...
Civil or Violent Interrogation- I sort of did a mix of both. At first I was nice to Dee, gave him Whisky, asks questions and I only punched him once for being a smartass. For the rest of the interrogation I was mostly nice and Toad want mad at me, but Snow kept giving me shot about how violent I was so...
Mean or Nice to TJ- I was nice to TJ and even tried to comfort him, and I asked a few extra questions but backed off when I saw he was getting scared about all the extra questions. How can you not live TJ? Dude's awesome!
Leaving or Bringing Snow- I let Snow come with me to the trip trap because Crane's an anal asshole and Snow was already sort of mad at me, so I thought "sure, she can tag along". I did think it was a bit dangerous though...
Direct or Gentle News to Holly- I was gentle with Holly because I already fucked up her bar a lot. I ripped off Grendel's arm and didn't pay for the drink, so I though she deserved it. And I'm glad I was nice, we got more information and she took it very well, even being nice and giving more clues to Bigby and Snow. I feel bad for Holly now, she's not all that bad...
Destroyed "Puddin' and Pie" or Not- I smashed the boom box and the TV, and after that I didn't want to break anything because I wanted more information and I though I already ruined enough. I also punched Georgie when he yelled at me, but tried to be civil for the rest of the conversation, and it seems he starting to take a liking to me, so him and Bigby can be bros lol. He didn't even seem to mind I destroyed a quarter of his place. Dude is insane. But he can be real piece of shit, but hopefully earning his "trust" will help me in future episodes.
Punched Beast Again or Not- I punched Beast because it still seemed like he had a lot of fight in him and I wanted to knock him out/calm him down, so I punched him for a final time, only for him to smash me into the door... I didn't want to hurt him badly, I just wanted to get him to calm down so he could hear the truth

Civil or Violent Interrogation- I did a mix of both. I punched Dee in the stomach fairly early on, but then I softened up a bit. I shoved the picture of "snow's" head in his face, pocketed his money, blew his own cigar in his face, and gave him a swig of wiskey. I think I did a good job.
Nice to TJ?- If you are mean to TJ, you are a heartless son of a bitch. Nuff' said.
Bring/Leave Snow: I thought "It's up to her" was the best option. I said it might be best if she lay low for a bit, in order to stay safe, but in the end it was best to leave it up to her
Gentle/rough in the TripTrap- I was gentle. I figured Holly was gonna have a rough time. Anyways, I also promised her the body, but I don't know if that will bite me in the ass.
Puddin & Pie- I smashed the boom box and poked him with the paddle. I was extremely disappointed that I never got a chance to crack him over the skull.
Punched Beast Again?: Nope. I had just gouged his fucking eyes.

CIVIL OR VIOLENT: I punched Dee right in the gut for making that head joke at the beginning. Then I had Bigby get a tad snarky, followed by stealing his money confiscating suspect evidence and smoking his cigar right in front of him.
TALKING TO TJ: I was nice to TJ, because I felt like crap for threatening his father in Episode 1. I felt like shit when I tried to comfort him and he got scared. When I saw he was getting scared, I just let him go. He's just a little kid, after all.
TAKING SNOW: I took Snow with me because she was a bit pissed that I punched Dee that ONE TIME. Also, I didn't really give a flying fudge what Crane wanted to do, because he's an asshole.
GENTLE OR DIRECT: I broke the news to Holly gently. When she and Snow were having a moment, I just stayed silent and let them talk. It made me feel good.
HOMEWRECKER: I decided that I'd smash Georgie's boom box first, then ask a question. I just went in a pattern after that. I'd smash something, then ask a question. Every time he didn't answer, the next thing I saw I smashed. Though, I only ended up breaking his boom box and the TV because by the time I got to the DJ stand I thought I was making progress, and decided not to fuck his place up anymore.
KICK'EM WHEN THEY'RE DOWN: I didn't punch Beast again because he was just pissed at me for thinking I was cheating with his wife. Then it gave me the option to tackle him, and I didn't, and he tackled ME into the room. Well, Bigby put it best when he said "At least we got the door open."
EDIT: I did literally the exact same things you did in the interrogation, Mike. Also, the scene where Bigby gouged Beast's eyes made me fucking cringe. I just can't handle it very well when someone's eyes get gouged out. Something bout eyes just makes me sick when they're injured or something.

But you know one thing I liked about at his episode? Character development... There was a lot, from Bigby to Snow and Beast and Beauty. You even learn a lot about Dee/Woodsman Nd their personality while interrogating then. While this episode may be low on action and big choices, it did have a great story oh oh and I did the exact same thing you did, I let Snow and Holly have a moment. It did feel good. And I did the same Strategy in the strip club you did, great minds think alike, Rock! Question, then smash, question then smash! Seems we played this episode pretty similarly!

I did the same thing at the end with beast, not hitting him the last time. And I agree, I can't stand eye wounds. The reason I destroyed the boom box was he seemed really pissed of when it fell on the floor, so I thought that it was personal for him. Again, severely disappointed that I couldn't crack his skull.

Great minds indeed, my man! It felt really GOOD smashing up the club the way I did. I wasn't just being a prick about it, there was a method. Every time I broke something, it was Georgie's fault, not mine.

It was just sort of weird that he didn't seemed fazed or super angry I punched him in the stomach and destroyed part of his club. Maybe he's just totally insane. And in the Episode 3 preview, he seemed to like when Bigby goes over the edge, even complimenting you for being violent in the preview. Maybe Georgie likes you MORE if you ruined more things... Crazy guy, Georgie. Crazy Irishman!

Civil or Violent Interrogation- I punched him at first, then smoked his cigar and blew smoke in his face. Was really tempted to get violent but I was going to play nice first, then you know who walks in.
Mean or Nice to TJ- Nice
Leaving or Bringing Snow- It felt like the option to bring Clementine along in episode 4, no benefit in leaving her behind.
Direct or Gentle News to Holly- I was gentle, no reason to be a dick to her.
Destroyed "Puddin' and Pie" or Not- Bigby and I had a field day smashing everything in sight. I regret nothing.
Punched Beast Again or Not- I thought I had blinded him, so I figured he had enough.

Civil or violent interrogation- punched him 2 or 3 times, then smashed a bottle of whiskey over his head. Mean or Nice- nice Leave or bring Snow- Brought her with me. Gentle or direct- Gentle Crowd Control- smashed everything except the TV and turntables. Beast- IT'S OVER! (didn't punch him again)

Civil or Violent Interrogation- I punched Dee, then i showed him Snow head's photo and told him he will be next if he won't talk. I also burned him with his cigar and smashed the bottle of whiskey on his head. Well, I got him talking, but I guess he doesn't like me too much now.
Mean or nice to TJ- I was nice, how can you be mean to TJ? He was scared of me anyway, I was just doing my job in the interrogation room. And I enjoyed it.
Bring/leave Snow-I left her with Crane, didn't want her to follow me for half of the episode AGAIN. Then she just followed me to Trip Trap...
Gentle/rough to Holly- I was gentle, I already demolished her place yesterday and I felt bad for her. I also didn't throw Jack out. This guy's amazing.
Puddin & Pie- I only smashed the boom box and the TV, then figured he got the message and didn't hurt him. And he seems to start liking me, can't wait to see how that will turn out.
Punched Beast again?- No, I thought I already blinded him, that was enough.

Did Georgie say "You want to punish someone. We can arrange that" this episode?

He didn't in my playthrough, maybe he can with different dialogue options. Buy I guess he doesn't, because most of things from next time on didn't happen.

Did he change voice actors? He sounded very different from the next time trailer.
