Wow, this story just keeps getting better and better! I'm really curious to see what happens now that Carley survived, I was fearing the author wasn't gonna make her survive. Also, Lee's got his AXE!!!  So yeah, feel free to discuss your favorite parts from the story here. |

Also this might sound odd, but I think it's better that Carley dies, she was always the trustworthy person that you could count on, and gives more then reason then Lilly could have killed her, hell if she almost did, I would hate her likely less, the fact it's from a group member and she lives either way was well done, and made me not trust Christa and Omid, also note I really like Carley, as in one of my favorite characters, I think that was the best spot for her to die, honestly.

Well, I already mentioned that my favorite parts were Ellie drawing a picture with Clementine, and Lee and Joel fighting against Andy. I also liked how they both exchanged their pasts and how the raid was handled. I'm really happy that Carley is still alive.  But, I was thinking that Lee would be the one to save her, not Joel, and I thought it was a bit mean that he shoved her to the RV to keep her from getting shot. She even made a comment about it. "next time, could you try to not dislocate my shoulder?". But still, it was valiant of Joel to take a bullet for her I guess. And that nightmare was taken to the next level!  I mean, holy shit. Also, the author mentioned at the end of the chapter that Ben being silent throughout almost the entire argument was on purpose.  Any thoughts on that? |

No idea. Reading this just reminds me just how good Last of Us really was, if it was not a PS3 game I would have maybe considered it my GOTY, but nothing stops this Infinite train, good god I would pay a ungodly amount of money to have TWD, Infinite and TLAU all in one game, characters and all, have it written by all those great writers, and all the good music that follows.

The story has been quiet for a while. It usually does update within three weeks or so, but that was a while ago. Wonder what's with the delay? Ah, who am I kidding?  You can't rush perfection. Just like Season 2, and TWAU. |

HELL YEAH! Do you think Riley will end up being a part of Vernon's group or with Molly in Book 4? I was gonna say maybe she'd been traveling with Omid and Christa, but I remember the author saying that there'd be no TLOU characters until Book 4.

I hope she doesn't end up with Vernon, the old Make-A-Wish thief. And it would be cool if she was with Molly I guess.
I just thought of something. In beginning of The Last of Us, Joel had a daughter named Sarah. Carlos has a daughter that's also named Sarah. And the author just said that this story will go through Season 2. I'm starting to wonder what would happen if Joel meets her.

Still nothing new yet. Maybe the next chapter (and Duck's death) will appear within a few days?  The last chapter that got published, the author mentioned having some stress problems, which is why the last chapter took a while. Maybe the author's having them again? |
