How do we know? As far I can remember, all of the dialogue referring to "Carver" could refer to a group as easily as it could to a person. Nick and Pete suspected that Carver was responsible for the massacre seen down at the river. One person couldn't have done all of that, so it's possible they were referring to some kind of group.

I believe its a group under his control, when in my history class, when my teacher talks about what someone did most of the time he does not mean that person did it, its just that person ordered it, I say its a large group of bandits under the command of a man named Carver, Crawford can get away with it because it sounds good, but not this.

Yes, but in the kitchen discussion in the cabin you can listen in and someone says " He's not one to let things lye" they also usually refer to him as a singular, not plural. You never know though

Hey guys, have you seen this? : I'd take it with a grain of salt. Especially since this is from one of the most unreliable wikis ever. Anyone can access the game's files, rip out the model, and make art of it. But this is kinda skeptical, considering how there's a genuine background and a look of emotion on his face.

If he's the one responsible for scene down at the river, though, he's still gotta be with a group of pretty heavily armed people. Or he's Rambo.

He either had a whole group with him that massacred those people, or he's a sharpshooting BADASS

I am betting he has people, but then again, there has not been a one man army badass in TWD history that was a antagonist.
