"Peh, I'd hardly call the weather nice." Sage said, looking a bit heated. "I said it before, we're literally in a drought over in Liern.
And now that we don't even have the element we used to have, we're not going to have the safeguards we need in order to ensure a proper harvest in the event the drought doesn't end anytime soon."
"...You just had to mention the weather again." Rajendra commented, lightly as he sipped from his own.

"From what we can tell, it's because there's a dragon spirit over there that can control the weather." Durga offered. "Whether the kingdom came first or the dragon itself, we don't know."

"Carvus and Magna can turn into dragons, Damballa had a dragon, the Stoneson's had a statue of a dragon, this Rain place has a dragon, I might turn into dragon too at this rate if my guardian powers get stronger." Mirai said.
"That's not very shocking. Dragons are mighty powerful beasts, any king who is lucky enough to have them will have enormous advantage in the event they lack elements." Ambrosius reasoned.

"The Stonesons only had a statue of a dragon. They certainly liked using the imagery of one but I don't think they ever actually had one on their side." Rajendra pointed out. "I did hear rumours from my father once about how the king felt that he was a dragon in a humans body, but whether that was true or not, I am unsure."

"...Did you guys know that Deborah is from her family?" Mirai asked.
"I had my own suspicions given that Deborah and Jubal's wife share a similar appearance, considering how that family is, I wouldn't be surprised if they played a part in Deborah's upbringing." Joan said.
"Personally, I think there is some sick incest thing going on between those guys." Chuckles suggested.
"I don't know what that's supposed to mean but it sounds gross." Mirai commented.
