As Chastity stepped into the maiden's building, the first thing she did was actually notice the damage that had been done to it. "... Crap. I-..." She paused, adjusting her glasses,
She clicked her tongue. "Shit, I didn't even notice..." She muttered to herself.
"Didn't even notice what?" Hannah, still outside, asked her. "The pillars everywhere? The holes in the floor?"
"... No, I noticed those, I just-..." Chastity paused, seemingly unable to pin down what she was talking about.
"Look, whatever, I don't care actually." Hannah sighed. She pulled Aera's actual feather out. "That shit was scummy, I don't blame you for fighting her when she was launching diamond spears at you, but could you two have not done it in my house!? When I was trying to sleep this shit off!?"
"... I don't decide where people throw spears at me?" Chastity stated, "... I doubt a word like 'sorry' would do anything."
"Yeah, you're right there." Hannah muttered. She turned around. "I'm not even mad at you, really. I'm just... mad, in general."

"...Look, even if this whole guardian's curse thing probably isn't a issue anymore, it doesn't mean that everything that has happened ever since...you know, nothing between us is okay. You're still mad at me for undoing what you did and leaving you behind and I'm mad at you for not listening to me about finding other ways to make things better for everyone else and insisting to do things your way and now this happened.
We can't keep running away from this every time, we won't be able to fix anything at all or help everyone if we don't confront this issue now that's been affecting us all, even if you do the whole ritual again, that won't make the problems we are both facing vanish by pretending that it never happened.
Hannah din't have a chance to recover ever since Mariam died, she's been focusing on killing Deborah since that happened and defeating her din't make her feel better and this is definitely not heping, our issues are also affecting her and I don't want our problems to become her problems too.
Things may not be the same as they were when we first met but it doesn't mean that we can't find a way to get through this somehow before we can make a decision together on what we should do next." Mirai explained.

Chastity stepped over a few spears, she looked at a busted bookcase then at a few pillars and holes stabbed throughout the building. Her eyes were illuminated with purple for a second. Then a few pillars disappeared, while others remained. A few more appeared underneath the building to help keep it upright.
"...That should do for now." Chastity said, sitting herself down at the table. In the seat the false Hannah had been sitting in earlier.
"What, that just fixes the building, does it?" Hannah asked.
"... I wouldn't say so, but at the very least it won't get worse." Chastity said.
"... Good enough." Hannah muttered.
Chastity shook her head, "Not particularly, no."
"..." Outside of the building, Magna flew up out of the lake, when out of view- she morphed back into a human form and dropped down again, now small enough to fit through the door. Or even just stand outside the building with Hannah. "...Hannah, can we talk?"
"No. Maybe tomorrow." Hannah told her.
Magna blinked. "... Hannah, I haven't even said what I was going to talk to you about."
Hannah sighed, rolling her eyes. "It's about Isa, isn't it?"

“…Just because I went back in time, it doesn’t mean that I don’t care about the fate of the world and wanted everyone to be unhappy, I did it because I thought there could be another way to stop the war and do things a lot better this time than last time. The reason I went to the commune was so I can get both Mariam and Hannah to help me find a way to end this crap and then I would of went to find you and include you in our plan to fix everything, I wasn’t going to replace you…but everything went off the rails moreso than last time. I wasn’t a good enough guardian to you and I wasn’t even good enough for Hannah, all I did was just disappoint you two in more ways than one.” Mirai muttered, looking at the ground.

Magna stepped back, "Oh, uh, hm." She briefly checked behind her before confirming "Yes."
Hannah turned away, clutching at the flowers on her body. "Oh my fuck. Enough! Magna, look at all these flowers!" She yelled, pointing all over her arms. "I got cut up who knows how many times mere hours ago! By a entire group of people that wanted Isa gone! I got woken up by the discovery that Isa impersonated me and started a fight with This Woman!" She gestured wildly at Chastity, who briefly raised a hand when she got pointed out. "And I had to kill some of them!
I impaled a guy on-" Hannah put her hand to her mouth. "-On a damn... crystal.
I'm here, again! Doing this shit! So yeah, you want to talk about Isa!? I already said what I have to say about her! I don't want her to have these elements, yeah!"
Magna cringed a little, stepping back. "...Uh, okay... I'm sorry for bringing it up, then."
"Don't even bother." Hannah said. "You're just going to tell me to do what I want, aren't you? Doesn't matter that I don't know what the hell I want to do at all, does it!?"
Magna shook her head, she stepped forwards and went to put a hand on Hannah's shoulder, but she stepped away. "Oh, Hannah, no..."
"Fucking- I killed opus!" Hannah yelled, slapping Magna's hand away when Magna went to try again. "I let your friend die, and you don't even seem to care!"
The way Magna's expression didn't change when Hannah said that... it only made Hannah's expression twist up even more.

Isa paused, she closed her eyes and inhaled deeply.

... I wasn't expecting it to become real. I don't- I don't think I even knew it was real." Isa muttered, "Or maybe I did, and I'm trying to convince myself I didn't? I knew guardian's existed, Vaol and, and the others had mentioned them to each other before, but I, I didn't think it would... I thought that just... just letting everyone think that would be fine.
... But, even if all of that at the beginning, if I thought it was a farce at the time. When it ended... it was real. So, I'm sorry.
I'm sorry for using you like that." She said, she may as well have been crying. Struggling to look Mirai in the eyes, gripping her wrist with enough strength to crack it.

He walked closer to her till he was in her face, raising his arms as if he was about to attack her…
He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her into his chest, hugging her tightly.
“…It took you that long to tell me the truth, huh?” Mirai asked.

After one minute, Mirai stopped hugging her and looked at Isa.
“Isa, I don’t care if you are a maiden or not, you are the first friend I ever had since I arrived in this messed up world and that’s what matters the most to me. It was through you I learned about this planet, the war and met lots of good and bad people who had been affected by the war, giving me motivation to stop this war not just for you, but for them aswell, Hannah included. Your mission of saving the world isn’t just your’s now, it’s my mission too, you are not alone in this anymore, even if I’m not your guardian anymore.” Mirai told her.

... Briefly, Magna put her hand to her own heart, feeling it beating. In the time since Hannah had made that exclamation, it had been silent between the three of them.
"... Hannah, I understand that you're stressed... But I don't think we want to talk about that kind of thing." Magna said.
"No, no, we do!" Hannah told her. "Because I couldn't- I couldn't trust you guys, do you understand that!?
Everyone's so willing to lie to each other, all the time! That shit Isa just pulled was just the last of it, actually! This has been going on since day 1!
She was Amanda, did you realise that!?" Hannah asked her.
There was a moment of silence.
"Hannah, dear... Who is Amanda, again?" Magna asked, genuinely.
... Inside the building, Chastity leaned forwards slightly. "... Hm." Her eyes purple and she immediately jumped out of her seat.
A card fell out of her vest pocket, the very same card that had found its way to her after the defeat of the Song King.
"Oh, oh my." Magna paused, stepping backwards, seeming to piece something together. "That Isa girl... I can't say I like that."
"Wait, no, don't get distracted!" Hannah yelled, grabbing onto Magna's shoulder. "This about you and Opus, that time he told me Mirai died and tried to get him killed! The way he acted in that battle against the Colorado's, he was endangering everyone! And I killed him, and you didn't even react!"
"What am I supposed to say about it then?" Magna asked her, trying her damndest to keep calm and clearly starting to struggle with it. "You did a bad thing? You did a good thing? You're clearly stressing yourself about it enough- and you've already got so much on your shoulders, the last thing I'd want to do is add more pressure!"
Hannah glared down at her, teeth bared and gritted together... she seemed to deflate for a moment. "... It's just...
Everything's been so bad since... Mariam died, but you're just going through life so easily. It's like death doesn't matter to you." Hannah muttered. "I-... I almost wish I didn't care, it would be a lot easier."
Within the building, Chastity started to relax slightly.
"... Hannah, you've done what you set out to do. With Deborah, with Mariam, everything...
If I can live without Opus, you can live without Mariam." Magna told her "It may not be as easy for you as for me, but for now... why don't you focus on living and see where it gets you?
There's no need for any plan, for a way to save the world, anything. All that matters to me is that we live our lives, not somebody elses."
"... That doesn't answer anything." Hannah sighed, "But thanks, I guess."

"... Right..." Isa said, sounding slightly uncertain as Mirai left.

As Mirai headed towards the commune, he could see Ama, Edgar, Cari and Parov standing amongst the streams in the distance, watching the commune from outside of it. Murasaki was significantly ahead of them, right on the edge of the commune. From here, he could see Gus and Carl working together to take down one of the emerald walls blocking off the back half of the marsh. A few pillars of earth had risen up in places were walkways had been destroyed earlier as well.
... If Mirai would look into the sky, he would see two horses were standing on the sky. A blood red one and a black one.
"A-Ah, Mirai." Ama immediately said, turning around. "What's going on? We heard-... we were still at the camp earlier, and there were all sorts of noises, then there weren't any noises at all..." She sounded more surprised than concerned, rare for her.
Edgar was leaning on a cane for support, his other hand on Cari's shoulder. Parov in front of both of them in a protective manner. Unlike the rest, Cari just seemed like she was tired.
