Mirai released more chains, attaching them to Isa’s arms, dragging himself faster to her.
“Why do you have to be so stubborn!? Why can’t you just listen to what everyone has to say, do you want to end up like Deborah? Is proving to Vaol that you can be better than him and the other gods more important than anything else, even me!?” Mirai asked her, as loudly as he can.

"I didn't come to this planet for YOU!" Isa yelled- a fit of raw emotion that came out before it could be contained. "I met you, on the way!"
She let him drag himself to her, then grabbed him by both shoulders- letting the dragonflies push her back onto her feet. "Damnit, of course I want to be your friend! I do care about you, but I can't let that stop me forever!"
From where Chastity stood, she pointed a finger at Isa, tilting her head and squinting with one eye as she shot a blast of negation out from her hand- trying to hit Isa but not Mirai.

Mirai also grabbed her by her shoulders, shoving her out of the way of the negation.
“Why do you have to insist on doing this on your own, why can’t you let us come up with another way to put an end to the war!? Stop acting like you’re the only one who cares about stopping the planet, all of us are in the same boat! All you are doing is making people angry and making it harder on yourself to actually fix anything!!!” Mirai yelled into her face

Isa paused, pushing herself out of Mirai's grip. She stared at him, looking physically hurt...
And then she lunged forwards-
---
... On a island somewhere, a familiar one; where the refugees from the Smith Kingdom and a few others were camped out... Harris and Phoebe were asleep against a tree near the beach.
On the beach itself, a single woman in a white dress stood with her feet in the sand, the ocean tide occasionally washing over them. Her hair swayed in the wind. Eve stood there, alive as ever, but with a notable gash along her dress where she had been impaled before, revealing unscarred flesh beneath it.
Her hair and her shadow alike both looked to be made of the same material as the stars above them, it looked like if someone reached for either her hair or her shadow, their hand would simply keep going. Her eyes, now as dark as the night sky as well had clearly been grabbed by something in the stars, something nobody else seemed to see.
Anesidora was further in the island, holding a box to her chest. Seemingly making a point of staying as far away from most of the islands residents as possible.
... and for Ambrosius Smith, wherever he was... his communicator was ringing.

Ambrosius was in a large tent, in front of a table with talismans and charms placed on it.
Joan and Merlin were also there, standing behind him.
Ambrosius pulled out his communicator and answered the call.
“Yes?” Ambrosius asked.

It was Rajendra's voice on the other side.
"Ah, Ambrosius. Thank goodness you're there.
I apologise, this must be a strange time for you to be receiving a call, musn't it?"

“I always have time for you and the other kings, you know. I’m relieved that Horatio has been saved, I will make it up to the Kraven’s for Griffith’s mess.” Ambrosius sighed.

... It briefly cut towards the Lakhani kingdom.
Rajendra was on a balcony, leaning against a railing. Next to him was a empty table with a elaborately patterned tablecloth and five seats around it- all set up so anyone seated would have a view of the city before him- one of few angles of his kingdom that proved that the colourful towers and buildings did not stretch on for infinity.
The windows and the door to the balcony from the connecting room were wide open, allowing a view of Durga half-covered by blankets on a king sized bed, chewing on one chocolate coated apple of the many that sat on a table near her. Her attention instead grabbed by something on a wall out of frame.
A telescope was connected to the railing, a particularly big and prominent one- pointed towards the south- where the city met mountains and grassland.
Rajendra had removed his nosering and earrings, taken off the sadri and tied his hair up in a loose bun."... King Legume and his daughter are most likely asleep. I attempted to call them first, but that hadn't responded.
... It would be best for me to get every king we can talk to in the conversation first, before I start." He commented.

"I'll try to contact Lazarus to see if he is up to it." Ambrosius said.
After 3 minutes, Lazarus' voice came in.
"What do you need, Lakhani?" Lazarus asked.

"..." Rajendra paused for a second, briefly looking behind him. Durga was still eating the chocolate apples.
He turned back, to the view through the telescope. Leaning all of his weight against the railing. "We may not have long." He said. "I saw a horse in the sky.
Two horses, actually."

"...Horses?...Now that you mention it, several crows around my kingdom collapsed on the ground without a logical explanation to it. It happened right after my son was kidnapped." Lazarus muttered.
"Many people die each day in this war, it doesn't seem that strange to me that the horsemen would be very active given how rapidly everything is escalating." Ambrosius commented.

"I've mentioned my failsafe project to you before, correct? I haven't had the chance to test it- these kinds of designs only existed in Urania's temple, not properly implemented until now, but after an omen like that one I may need to launch before I can finalise it.
And if I do, there won't be room for everyone." Rajendra said. "Five seats are already accounted for from everyone in my castle alone. The more space I add, the lower the chances of it working. I believe I can make it work with the added space for every king in our alliance and their respective family members, the ones I'm aware of. But after that, things get tricky.
But all of that, all of that is assuming that it's finished in time."
As he spoke, there were a few flashes of light from the floor above the one he was situated at. He peered through his telescope again and re-angled it. With a frown, he waved a hand and the telescope changed- allowing for a bigger scope as he moved it until he had as good a view of the Holymoon kingdom from here as he was going to get.
There was no doubt, a blood red horse was floating in the air right outside of it.

The Holymoon Kingdom was currenly under construction after yesterday's battle with Donovan, Damballa and Deborah, the construction was overseen by Xander and Rie. Barachiel was absent but the peace barrier was restored.
Julian was standing outside the gate, keeping watch and looked at the sky for a moment, feeling a cold chill in his stomach for some reason.
"...Are you certain this project of your's will work without fail and won't end up killing us if something goes wrong?" Lazarus asked from the radio.

Rajendra paused for a second, watching through the scope as... Anya walked into view, towards Julian. From the angle she was walking from, Rajendra couldn't see her face. As far as he could tell- this was just some random girl.
"... I am not." Rajendra admitted. "There are risks and it may end horribly. But in my eyes, it's better than simply giving up.
It's only a last resort, in case something very, very bad happens."

Julian immediately turned his attention towards Anya.
"...Can I help you?" Julian asked, raising his eyebrows.
