Eventually, Manfred came back.
"...We can offer you the illusion element and 50% of the clairvoyance element. The element of Time is too important to give away and we still need Aera to be aware of unfortunate events, moreso than ever." Manfred said.

Manfred nodded.
"Zaman is too out of shape to use the illusion element anyways, Herod's negation was stronger than expected so it will be useless for a few more hours. I'll deliver the items to you, personally." Manfred said.

Isa blinked at Chastity, who nodded her head to Manfred.
"Of course." Chastity stated.
Isa's attention quickly fell to Manfred instead.

Manfred walked out of sight, again.
"...What do we want to see with Aera's power?" Mirai asked.

"... I can think of a few things." Chastity said, "The mystery behind the maidens, for example. Or even your past, if Horatio never finds the time to fill us in. Details that weren't in Eurydice's file."
"... I want to know what everyone's thinking right now." Hannah stated. "... What everyone who fought us just now wanted... Not just the people who got to tell us, but all of them."
Isa said nothing, instead she was honed in on Manfred's memories- specifically looking for the ones of the conversation he just had. The talk between Manfred and whoever he had discussed the maiden's arrival with.

"Lazarus, the maidens, the little puppet and the other girl arrived, just as your daughter predicted. They were curious about Horatio's condition and are after the elements you promised them." Manfred said.
"I see. Just like we discussed earlier, I will reward them with my son's illusion element and half of Aera's clairvoyance." Lazarus said.
"And the time element?" Manfred asked.
"Absolutely not. If something catastrophic were to happen, we can use that to reverse it and we need half of Aera's element to know in advance if something bad will happen. Losing the illusion element is a small price to pay, my son's health is and will always be my highest priority no matter what." Lazarus said.
"Very well. I'll let them know and see if they agree to your offer or not." Manfred said.

Isa's eyes started glowing, she became invisible to everyone but Mirai, Isa and Chastity and

Manfred's memory of that conversation got edited.
"Hannah, can you get me closer to Lazarus?"
"... Why?" Hannah blinked.

'I just changed his memory of that conversation- I should be able to get us all of the clairvoyance element, rather than only half of it, but it's going to be meaningless if anyone else who heard them talk confirms that it went differently.' Isa explained.

Chastity said, and thought nothing.
"... Change it back." Hannah told her. "I don't need all of that element to do what I want to."
"-... it doesn't matter anyway, when I do the ritual the element will be taken regardless." Isa stated. "And they only need it because of the war, so once that's over-"
Hannah stepped right in front of Isa, almost pressing her against the door. "Change it back."
Isa looked between everyone there and...
Manfred's memory was as if it had never been manipulated at all.
"There, happy?" Isa asked.

Mirai sighed, sounding tired and annoyed at this rate.
Eventually, Manfred came back, holding Zaman's necklace in one hand and half of the feather from Aera's pen containing half of the clairvoyance energy in his other hand.
"Apologies for taking a bit too long, my head started feeling foggy for a moment there, I was confused about what my brother actually said." Manfred clarified.

"Thank you." Chastity said, taking the necklace and the pen alike in her hands. "Don't let us keep you up any longer."
Hannah looked back down at Isa, who avoided eye contact with anyone.

Manfred nodded.
"Have a good day." Manfred said, before closing the door in front of them.
Aera could be seen from the window, staring at the four of them, but she kept her attention to Isa the most and walked away.
