And so, time passed... Hannah watched as the sun rose from the horizon and up into the sky, turning the ocean a warm orange. Isa turned away, walking about with a impatient expression while Chastity alternated who she was looking at between Hannah, Mirai and Isa frequently, gauging their respective emotional states.

Mirai felt emotionally overwhelmed by the discord between Isa, Chastity and Hannah, feeling like he couldn't keep up with the three of them and help each of them get what they want and also frustration over them expecting him to come up with a solution for them. Also hoping that this won't escalate into a physical fight over a disagreement.

Chastity's eyes followed Isa for a moment, watching as she had gone all the way to the other side of the island- picking up a piece of a boat and looking it over. Something to occupy herself with.
"... Mirai." Chastity spoke- now that Isa was a distance away, stepping towards him. "Can we talk?"

From where I'm standing, it looks like she's blaming you for not agreeing with her, as though it is a moral failing on your end that you're not coming up with a solution for her problem.

There's people that I've been angry at, and even after those people die, I still hold that anger towards them. Even though I know it would be better for me if I were to simply stop feeling that way these emotions don't fade so easily. It's possible this is something like that.
She truly does want to be your friend, but she also can't get over what happened in the past. She thinks that if she makes a few changes- does things differently enough, she can get you to agree with her again. At least, that's my interpretation, based on the information available to me."
