Micah is less likable than a tetanus shot that just gives you tetanus.

Well... shit. Just got some bad news. After passing out and being taken to see a doctor, I just learn that Arthur has a sickness called tuberculosis. I actually did a quick Google search on it, and seeing as this is in 1899, I guess they don't have any type of medications yet to deal with it, and now I know that Arthur is doomed to die. Now, I'm gonna honest here. Since Rockstar has a habit of killing off protagonists in their games, I had a suspicion that they'd do something that make it so that Arthur wouldn't still be alive by the time the story ends. Especially given the fact that Arthur Morgan is not in the first one. But just being told about the tuberculosis felt like a real gut punch. I had became so attached to him, too. I was thinking about how he could've gotten it during the flashback walk through town. And then, I thought back to when I was getting the debt from that Thomas guy. He was coughing badly too. His wife said he was really ill. And he spit his blood on Arthur during the beating. I'm guessing that's how it happened. But you know what?Nothing changes. I'm still gonna do what I do what I do best and do what I can for this gang. Gonna work on saving John from prison and make sure everyone in the gang makes it out okay before this sickness does Arthur in.

Concerning what you just posted, Headshot (Spoilers up to the end of Chapter 5, for those who don't know): You're right on the money about how Arthur got TB. Thomas Downes coughed in his face when Arthur was manhandling him, and later Downes died in part due to that beating.
Fun fact about Tuberculosis though: A real legend of the Wild West, the famous gunslinger/orthodontist Doc Holliday, suffered from Tuberculosis for around 15 years and managed to live a relatively decent life in Arizona. He was a friend of Wyatt Earp and one of the participants of the gunfight at the O.K. Corral in Tombstone.

Probably SUPER LATE with this, and it seems like something pretty obvious, but...
Buy up those WEAPON ACCESSORIES. Improved bandoleer, holsters, gunbelt. Not only do they look as fine as fine as a prostitute on payday, they help keep your guns in better condition for longer and let you hold more ammunition.

Since Arthur learned he got TB, it's like something about him had changed. And I don't just mean the fact that he's been giving away money to those I've helped recently. Also, since I reached Ch. 6, I was finally able to max out my honor level after I spared the corrupted mayor's former assistant. I made peace with Mrs. Downes and her son. I've been helping a widow in the woods learn how to hunt and shoot. Got a kiss on the cheek for all the help I gave her. I absolved both the last two debts Strauss had me do and kicked him out of camp. I can understand why Arthur did that.
I went back to other towns to see if there were anymore stranger missions to do. I found Mickey and told him I was dying. His speech was very sad and emotional. I helped find a dog in Strawberry.
There was this veteran named Hamish helped him get his horse back, went fishing and hunting. But then he gets gutted by a huge boar. Poor old man. He deserved better. I at least took Beull to a Stable where he would be treated right. I was too fond with my own horse. Then there was this whole conflict going on with the Indians and the military. I've been helping the best I can, wanting things to be resolved peacefully just like Rains Fall, but it doesn't seem like that'll happen due to Colonel Favours hellbent for war and provoking Eagle Flies. Dutch sure as hell ain't helping, especially with that snake Micah manipulating him, playing him like a fiddle and is gonna get us all killed with their bloodlust. First with killing Bronte, Gloria, Cornwall, then being very anxious to make sure Colm hangs, which, to be fair, turned out to be a good idea since the O'driscolls were gonna make sure he slips away. Sadie and Arthur had reasons of their own to see it happen to him.
After I helped Monroe get on the train, I saw that nun again. She and Arthur had a real deep talk. Arthur even mentioned how he is afraid of dying. I felt so sad for him in that moment. And then the nun said something that I feel like is gonna be repeated soon. Take a gamble that love exists and do a loving act. After I got back to camp, Tilly gave me a goodbye letter from Mary and her ring. Poor girl doesn't even know what he's dealing with right now. And then, Susan came and told me Swanson has left as well. People may not be dying in our camp now, but now they're leaving. Soon, they'll be no one left. But after all Dutch has been doing as of late and all the shit Micah's been up to, maybe that's for the best. For everyone to go their separate ways and live their own lives.
And now, I just got done helping John blow up a bridge, and Arthur tells him that when the time comes, he's gotta take Abigail and Jack with him away from here and not look back. I always liked these missions with John.

I have reached the end of Chapter 6... The conflict between the Indians and the military has gotten real bad. I had to help Charles save Eagle Flies and reluctantly helped Dutch with a trap for them that nearly got us killed. After we jumped off the cliff and swam through the currents, I checked the map and realized I ended up close to Valentine. Then, despite Rains fall's protest, they attacked their oil factory. Whole thing was like a goddamn war zone. Dutch and I went to get the bonds he wanted and then he just straight up left me to die. Eagle Flies managed to safe me at the last second, but I couldn't save him. I feel so bad for Rains Fall. He's already lost so much and now his son. Nice of Charles to stay and help them.
Micah thought it'd be a good idea to bring in two more guys of his own for the train robbery, as if he's the one in charge. John and I kept shooting our way through the train until we got the bags of money, but then John got shot off. I wanted to go back for him, but Dutch did instead, and I got to use a gatling gun again. Those are real fun to use. After we got away, Dutch said that he couldn't save John. I knew that was a lie. He had left John like he did me. At that point, I have lost all trust in him.
And then I see the title of the next Mission really is "Red Dead Redemption", and I knew that meant I have reached the endgame. Tilly said how Abigail got taken and Dutch didn't even want to get her back from Milton. That left just me and Sadie to get her. Sent Tilly and Jack on their way with plenty of money and off we went on our rescue mission. Without the radar, it was hard for me to see where the enemies were through the scope. Then I had to save Sadie too. Milton revealed that Micah was the one who ratted us out, not Molly. That motherfucker! I knew I should never have rescued him from Strawberry! Did he get Molly drunk and told her to tell Dutch she ratted them out? At least Milton is dead thanks to Abigail. Not soon enough. Then she gave me the key to the chest filled with the money from Blackwater that's in the caves near camp.
During the ride back for one last confrontation, it was just pretty damn good. The music and the flashbacks and the cinematic scenery. The last gunfight was really intense. I used the herb tonic Rains Fall gave me to better my chances and just kept throwing dynamite and molotovs. John and I had to run our asses off through the caves and once we got on our horses, I gave mine this special meal that gives it gold cores for a whole day. Fortified my health and hers for one last ride. But then, those murderous bastards killed my horse. CALLUS! NO! Arthur saying goodbye to her was really emotional. I felt like I was gonna cry. And then I had to make one last choice; HELP JOHN GET TO SAFETY OR GO BACK FOR THE MONEY.
Damn the money. Arthur's time was just about up from Tuberculous and John can't go down there. I noticed that the game was about to choose "Help John" for me, which I assume is due to my high honor. The way they said goodbye to each other and both called one another their brother, it just made me think of Rick and Daryl. Arthur gave him his gambler hat that has seen better days with the bullet holes in it, and his satchel full of all his provisions, tools and over $4000. He needs it more than Arthur now. I was ready to kill as many Pinkertons as I can before they finally shoot me down. But then Micah suddenly tackles me and I was fighting a losing battle against him. I hoped that I could somehow push him off the cliff during the fight, but I couldn't. Dutch showed up and I guess he finally decided to believe Arthur when he leaves Micah.
And that was it. The tale of Arthur Morgan has come to an end. John managed to escape with his family, the rest of the gang avoided the carnage and Micah won't be able to get the money without the key. In the words of Sister Calderon, Arthur took a gamble that love exists and did a loving act. HE's the one who won this battle. He died a good man. Rest in peace, Arthur Morgan.
And now I am in the epilogue, playing as John Marston himself. I pretty much expect this to happen since he's the main protagonist of the first game and I still have some unfinished business to do with collectibles and such. But when I see how he is a few years later compared to his usual appearance, I'm like, "John, buddy, what have you done to yourself?". And he's got only $11 on him. What the hell did you do with my $4000 Marston? And my honor level is back to neutral. It feels like I just got a complete reset and I have to get all my gear, money and honor back. Oh well. So, I'm gonna play out this "Jim Milton" alias by keeping the beard for now. And because it's John, I'm gonna grow his hair out. And also get me a better hat.

You still have all the weapons, you're just in a part of the game where you can't use them for story reasons. Think of it like Rhodes from Chapter 3. No hell raising... yet. All of Arthur's equipment will be available once the game opens up again. It's a bit linear right now but within 5 or 6 missions you should be back to freeroaming.
That money is gone though. I don't think Arthur could fit all that in his satchel, just his journal a few personal possessions. The year is 1907 and the Marstons have been laying low for 8 years since Arthur's death so they probably would have used it all up with their constant movements anyways.
Also you might find this look bookend to be neat: Arthur contracted his TB when he relentlessly beat Thomas Downes nearly to death while he was very sick. In your ending (High Honor, Go with John) Micah relentlessly beats Arthur nearly to death during their fight while Arthur himself was in the final stages of TB. He pretty much died the way Thomas Downes died.

In your ending (High Honor, Go with John) Micah relentlessly beats Arthur nearly to death during their fight while Arthur himself was in the final stages of TB. He pretty much died the way Thomas Downes died. Wow. Something to be said about cruel irony. If only Arthur had spit his blood at Micah before he died. A few things I left out that I encountered that just made me laugh. Back in Chapter 2, I was walking to the saloon to go see the barber when I bumped into a drunk on the way in, and he challenged me to a dual. I accepted and was getting ready to shoot his hand... until he just passes out and I was like "Uhh, does this mean I win?" I left him alone and went to go get that haircut. Later while in Rhodes, I challenged a guy to a dual and he wasn't too drunk to stay standing. I managed to shoot the gun out of his hand before he could point it my way and he just ran away like a scared bitch. There were these twin brothers that were just doing everything stupid they could think of just to impress this lady. Starting off with me shooting bottles off their heads to prove their bravery. (I kinda cheated using Dead-eye.) Then they tried proving how tough they are by letting me beat the shit outta them. And when I had to kick them in the balls, I just said out loud "Hi, I'm Arthur Morgan and welcome to 'Jackass'!". As if that weren't enough, they had me throw them both over a waterfall in barrels. And as the lady and I went to go find them, we got close to this ledge and dismounted, and then the poor lady ends up rolling down the hill until she came to a stop on a rock. I jumped down to her and sprained an ankle. Oh, my God, that was just so funny, yet horrible. The barrel stunt proved to be a wake up call for the twins when they were more happy of the fact they were both alive and had each other, and decided they were done with the lady. I met another interesting duo named Mr. Black and Mr. White, which I believe is a reference to an old cartoon show called "Johnny Test". First I had to find all their bounty posters. Thought it would be easy, but two random assholes had to make me work for them. Probably shouldn't have, but I burnt them and let those two go. Later, I find them camping and were sick after eating something they shouldn't have, and lucky for them, I conveniently had some medicine on me. And then after Sadie and I finished the remaining O'driscolls, I find them living in a treehouse together. Those two are stuck with each other for life. I also seen some other fucked up stuff. Like this manmade mutant I found in this old house. That is gonna scar any poor kid that sees that thing. I also figured out I had to get pieces of a map from the heads of those corpses I've found and tracked down a serial killer at his cabin. That one corpse inside there? Ugh. Did not need to see that. Brought the killer in to the sheriff's and he actually tried to eat him before I shot him point blank to save the sheriff. What a fucking psycho. And I stumbled onto a house that belonged to a couple. An incest couple. And they were keeping the bones of their mama in their armoire. I immediately bailed after the first drink. I should've never gone anywhere near that house.

I've been doing my goddamn job as a farm hand.
That part where John had to catch a bull? Holy hell, that was scary. I nearly got hit and had to ring around the rosie with that son of a cow and got dragged twice before I finally caught it. Then these hired guns keep harassing us and I keep trying to get them to piss off, which Abigail doesn't approve of. I really liked spending time with teen Jack. The fact that I let John keep the beard (for now) and he calls his son "boy" just reminds me of Kratos and Atreus. I let him win the race to build up his confidence. And then the brother of the guy John killed tried following us. He got shaken up by it from what his father did, but he'll be okay. Maybe.
Then I had to save the cattle. The music that played during that gunfight was so badass. I really like how that mission had the moment John did the same pose with the same gun as the box art for the first game. Unfortunately, that was the last straw for Abigail. She just straight up left him with Jack. And then, the real John Marston finally rides again, with a cool song to go along with the ride. Went to Blackwater first to get the loan. It's great to finally explore it without being wanted. To me, it's like a smaller version of Saint Denis. Managed to get the loan by offering the squanders $10. Managed to see Uncle again. He's still the same as I remember, expect for his lumbago. Did a quick Google search on that too. Now I'm stuck with him as I'm trying to make that dump of a ranch work.
Now I'm in part 2 of the epilogue and decided to go pay a trip to a fence shop to sell some stuff and get money before heading over to see Sadie again. She's been doing well too. Hasn't changed a bit. She mentioned about how she got word of Micah Bitch being around. If I ever see him again, so help me, I will just unload all the bullets in my gun on him, then burn his body with a molotov.
I'm gonna do the two bounties currently available, then go see Uncle again.

I found Charles. Didn't expect to him doing street fighting for money. What happened with Rains Fall and his tribe? And of course we had to shoot our way out since he didn't lose the fight. I bet on him and kept cheering for him the whole fight.
Before, Uncle was like this funny drunk guy that was fun to hang out and talk to at camp. And now, he's like John's sidekick that lazes around and drinks, yet just can't get rid of him. Still love the guy. And he actually did help with making the ranch look better than it is.
And now there's this new gang called the Skinner boys. I encountered them by finding this wagon shot to hell with arrows and the couple looking like pin cushions. I decided to go follow the tracks where they came from, found a dead horse, and then I get jumped by them. Remember when I said The Murfree Brood may be the worst of all gangs? Can't tell if they'd rank 1st or 2nd for being the worst. They are brutal as hell. Saw them action when going after one of their bounties and what they did to Wayne. Maybe buying that ranch near their turf wasn't the best idea. I'm thinking of doing the online mode once I finish the story. Is it as fun as it looks or is it not worth the time?

I'd say the Skinners are the worst, but the Murfree Brood is only inches behind in their race to the bottom. The Murfrees at least have the "excuse" that they're worshipping or being influenced by some Lovecraftian entity, some eldritch beast like Cthulu or some such. Even though it's probably not real (Emphasis on PROBABLY since the supernatural exists in some capacity in both Red Dead games) they can at least say "This is how we worship the Old Ones" or "It's making us do this, we don't have a choice." The Skinner Brothers are just a gang of Jeffery Dahmers and Zodiac Killers, murdering for literally no other reason than the pure sadistic pleasure of it.
As for Online, if you have PS Plus it might be worth a shot and it's not bad, but in comparison with the single player it falls short in every conceivable way.
