So... If you stay long enough near the stream in the cave without doing anything, a walker stuck inside the life preserver will go down the waterfall and float around for a while, with a notification showing up: "Huh". lol what Didn't record it myself, but you can see it here at 18:59:

Honestly, the meat of the episode felt like a rehash. I loved the happyish ending.
Not gonna come out and say I thought the barn was a fake out, but I really figured it might given that it wasn't that that deep into the episode.

Overall thoughts.... oh boy... some parts were high and others not. The beginning was great and tense. The cave scene made me kinda hate James but I got where he was coming from. The bridge scene was great and tense. The barn was obviously trying it all back to season 1. Saint John barn, Lee, you know. The weakest scene was the flashback by far. I think Telltale didn't have time to do the voices right, was odd. Also Eddie. Fuck you. The time skip through me off, but the pay off was great. Having take us back the full version slow walk was great. Made think about first playing this game in 2012. April, and how my life has changed. How I met you guys, it was peaceful. I was going to accept it and say it wasnt perfect but it did good enough. But the twist... that's subverting expectations the right way. Goddamn nearly fell out of my chair. And I got to reference my favorite book as a kid, the foot book. That's for you mom. It wasn't perfect, it was messy probably because of Telltales death. But goddamn it, I'll take it. Lilly dies, most of the heros live, and my little girl from seven years ago gets to live. Godspeed.

I'm not exactly sure how I feel about the ending. Don't get me wrong, overall I'm okay with the finale as a whole. Killing Clem off would've been a repeat of S1, but the way they baited you into thinking she didn't die was worse. Wasn't her face as dead as Lee when he started to turn?
I wish we had another hallucination with Lee, I was expecting that to happen instead of the McCarroll Ranch sequence.
-Told Tenn the truth about Minnie, he died after AJ shot him -Trusted AJ to make the right calls -Told AJ to leave me before he chopped the leg off
I'm happy that Violet didn't go unscathed after Ep3. Minnie's return looked like something straight out of a slasher, I loved it. From what I understand, you can't kill Lilly if you kept her alive after Ep3. After the trailer, I thought that this episode was very much going to be split having Lilly/James as the respective villains of their episodes, but they just seem to have one diverging scene before and during the cave.
I still need some more time to process all of this, I really can't believe it's all over.
Need to process yeah.

Well, that was something.
This episode...is kind of a mixed bag. On one hand, I liked how it ended and on the other hand, I kinda felt a bit meh in general.
For what is supposed to be Walking Dead's final episode that closes off Clementine's story aswell as Telltale's last game to ever make, it ended on a pretty underwhelming way.
I expected this episode to have two alternate scenarios depending on your last choice from the last episode like in Game of Thrones and Batman Enemy Within, killing Lilly would lead to AJ becoming a problem and Clem having to deal with him and if you let her leave, you spend the episode fighting her and the remaining members of Delta. But nope, Lilly get's one scene and fucks off back into the unknown again after having so little screen time in this season, at this point I fully believe that she was brought back in this season because people had been asking for her to return for years now since season 1, it would of been better if it was Christa or atleast finally learn what the fuck happened to her, her fate needed more confirmation than Lilly, her presence in this season din't have that much impact in comparison to Kenny in season 2, you could of replaced her with a new villain and it would of been the same thing really. And James get's pissy at you and then supposedly sacrifices himself when he leaves the cave.
Clem getting bit and the scene with her and AJ in the barn was pretty much a rehash of season 1's finale, except it was thankfully subverted by having Clem live though it does bug me. Clem got her leg cut off and survived but when Lee got his arm cut off, he still died. The only thing I can assume is that with Clem, it was done quickly while Lee likely spent minutes walking all the way to Vernon's hideout after he got bit and the infection spread a lot more quickly by the time he cut his arm off.
I really think this episode should of needed atleast 2 or 3 alternate endings instead of having the same ending of Clem living no matter what you do, like one ending where she died, AJ dies or both of them live, none of the choices really mattered since you get the ending no matter what, it would of been cool if our choices had a impact on AJ's growth and have him do stuff depending on what you decided it was best for him. And the previous choices from the last seasons din't have much of a factor in anything outside of references. Although, Telltale's downfall and budget is likely one of the reasons this episode din't have that many alternate branches and I can honestly understand that.
The whole ranch flashback was nothing of anything special, it was Clem killing people and saving AJ after hyping up the ranch after ANF. And Eddie shows up for a 400 days easter egg and get's killed by Clem. I'm guessing this is what Telltale meant about bringing back 2 characters to this season.
Overall, I'm glad that we avoided the predictable ending of Clem dying and passing on the torch to AJ as an homage to season 1's iconic ending and din't pull a 'kill em off' stunt by axing off the entire cast except the main characters like in seasons 1 and 2 and it was a good conclusion to Clem's story where she finally get's to settle down with a new group of friends after all the crap she's been through for the entire series. Season 1 still remains the best to me but this season was pretty okay for the most part, it's above ANF, that much I'm certain, I'm glad Skybound managed to finish this game or otherwise Clem's story would of been in limbo forever and the only way to conclude that would of been if Telltale showed us the script for the remaining episodes or end it through fan fiction.
And thus, Telltale's work comes to a end. I'm really gonna miss this company to be honest after playing their games for years. Let's just hope Adhoc will be successful and come up with something good to give us something to talk about.

It was still above No Going Back, less leaps in logic. And less said about From the Gallows the better.

You know the more I think about it, I'm okay with how it ended. It was sloppier then the rest of season 4, probably because Telltale wasn't entirely done with this episode. But emotionally it got to me, and even in subtle ways. And its unambiguously upbeat. Even more so then the Kenny endings in season 2. And for a series so fucking dire as The Walking Dead that really counts. I don't want Robert Kirkman touching any of these characters. Its done, it worked. I'm happy, I can smile and look back and say it was worth it. Suppose that's all we could have hoped for, not a nihilistic bottom drop like season 2.

I loved the episode. So much.
I'm so proud of Louis. He came back for me, smashing walker heads using a rock with such ease. He kissed Clem right before they ran to the cart - I had been praying for him to initiate a kiss, and he finally did! He also made a reference to Clem, AJ and him all being ninjas which was a dialogue option in episode 1. He really stepped up this episode by coming back for Clem a second time, and god, the hug in the woods, it looked and felt like family. He also expressed that he had been scared about losing her, and cupped Clem's hands in his which was incredibly touching. They also talked about their dream home which would be purple (his choice), have nine hundred and fourteen floors (my choice) and a skylight.
Lilly sailed off on a raft early on which was kinda amusing to be honest. I basically told her to fuck off as I had more important things to worry about. Minerva showing up on the bridge though, flesh ripped off, drenched in blood, singing away was the creepiest shit. Tenn died because I trusted AJ, and although I feel awful about losing Tenn, I'm glad Louis was safe.
I openly sobbed when Clem was 'dying' and was weeping throughout the entire flashback, and then sobbed even harder when she turned out to be alive. The ninja family was all together, safe and sound. I couldn't be happier. Honestly I'm fucking elated.
Violet lost sight in one eye due to the other explosion, so Clem and her combined make a full pirate. She also apologised which, I thought there was no need for as I put her in an awful situation, but even still, I'm glad we're on speaking terms.
Louis was planning to go see those survivors they spotted along with AJ, last time I saw him, and gave Clem another kiss on the cheek which was just... so sweet. My heart is full.
I'm happy with how AJ turned out, I think I failed him a couple of times but overall, he's a good kid. He doesn't get enough appreciation from me, I'm always talking about Louis, but I do love AJ, a lot.
Louis was left feeling LOVED, which is just perfect. I couldn't be happier. This is all I wanted, and now I've got it. This is my canon ending. Wow same house choices as me. Mind twin!

Found something that was written by Michael Kirkbride (Season Lead Designer for TFS) that explains how AJ was able to get himself and Clem out of that barn. Reddit link

I'm curious what all the possible lessons taught are. What is the lesson for not attacking Abel in episode 1?

I'm curious what all the possible lessons taught are. What is the lesson for not attacking Abel in episode 1? I'm not sure if it's tied to that, but attacking him makes the lesson to be, "If people steal from you, it's OK to try and kill them".
However, the alternative that replaces it is (quoting from memory): "If you don't stop people stealing from you, it makes you look soft and weak" or something like that, so I assume that's the one.

Not sure if this counts as a spoiler, but I'll mark it anyways. The episode had its ups and downs, the story DEFINITELY felt rushed, since it all had to be fit into 4 episodes instead of 5. I feel like, if the season was 5 episodes it would've been better. Since Episode 2, I could already feel the odd pacing. I'm just happy about the end, Clem is alive (Not gonna lie, I thought she really died, I was sobbing for a long while during the barn scene), Lilly is dead, Tenn is dead (unfortunately :/)and I feel like a part of me just ended too. I mean, I've been following the series for almost half of my life at the time of writing this. I'll miss Clem, the games, just... everything. Clementine will always be a part of me and I'm really happy that I get to go with her through her journey. That's all.
