Wouldn't really surprise me if they went that route. I mean, Star Wars fucked with incest for a second or two.

Why am I making this thread Anyway here's Job's latest lie, Pizza vs Ice Cream bois: How is my heart supposed to be broken? Javi dies... well, whatever. Kate dies... thank God. Gabe dies... GLORY GLORY HALLELUJAH David dies... who cares. Ava dies... Uhm, okay. Tripp dies... whatever, fucker. (interesting how shitty TT writing managed to destroy a character in a matter of 2 minutes)Eleanor dies... then die, traitor. Joan dies... fare thee well, boring, bland villain. Clint dies... wait, am I supposed to care for this guy? Like, what for? Clem dies... I don't care at this point. AJ dies... oh, the MacGuffin is being written out. PS. If it's so important that we will supposedly find out what Clem's last name is - and there's that TT AMA retcon about meeting her biological father - then the only reason we would find this important if that if it's some sort of plot twist. I mean, who cares if it's e.g. Clementine Baker or Clementine Fitch. It doesn't tell us anything. And, if it's the plot twist, then the list with surnames in TWD game universe is quite short. Lee Everett - well, he's dead. And it's virtually impossible for him to be her father - I mean, if he banged her mother, he would recognize her in the pictures, right?
William Carver - well, he's dead. And he already banged Rebecca, so he's out too.
And who are we left with? Oh, that guy with a dark skin complexion (similar to Clem, who was weirdly redesigned this season from 'blasian' to 'black-with-Hispanic overtones'), whose relationship with Clem is quite turbulent, just like ones between father and daughter when the latter is hitting puberty... and it's a guy who, as Ep4 established, left his family for some time to enroll in the army. Who knows what he did before or after the service before coming back home.
AND he has a son who's fond of Clementine. People think there might be romantic feelings involved, but the way the season was handled, it can as well might be written off as a bond between siblings and that's why Gabe might feel Clem understands him. Because she's his sister.
Ladies and Gentlement, I proudly present to you - Clementine Garcia!
(seriously, the above's a joke, but if it turns out to be true, then this is the last TT game I've bought) wait, how was tripp destroyed? All I remember from him in ep4 is dying

(...) Tripp dies... whatever, fucker. (interesting how shitty TT writing managed to destroy a character in a matter of 2 minutes)(...) wait, how was tripp destroyed? All I remember from him in ep4 is dying I'll repost that part of my review of Ep4 where I explained that: What I mean is, Tripp flipping out about Conrad is an obvious development - well, he just found out that Javier killed one of his own - but, thanks to Telltale writers, Tripp somehow decides to basically align himself with TNF (can't remember the exact quote). Which, given the story of episodes 1-3, doesn't make sense at all. Thus, from a likable go-to guy he becomes an idiot in the vein of Ep2-Conrad.

Conrad being alive is canon still the best character which shows how low TT has fallen since some people declare that the best character is a guy who was determinantly killed off by the majority of players in Ep2 Actually... with Conrad out of the picture, is there even a single character this season that can be likeable without a 'but...' attached to it? I swear, almost the entire cast of Season 2 was more memorable than what we had here. I mean, even Sarah had fans (me included), even though she was basically useless and annoying most of the time. Right now TT could kill off the entire cast and I wouldn't even bat an eye.

To be fair, Nick was the best character of season 2.

I'm guessing you're talking about this quote: Honestly I don't see that as 'alinging himself' with The New Frontier. He's just saying that to express the distrust and hatred he just gained for Javi
