So... today was a pretty weird day. I started my last year of school. Yeah, nice and everything. But something seems so off... I don't really know how to explain it.
So many things are changing (and I'm not a person who likes changes). There are some new teachers and some others were fired, I changed from Humanistic specialization to Scientific specialization so I left some of my classmates behind (though I do have friends in my new class)... and uh... I don't know. Everything feels off somehow. School used to be part of my comfort zone, but now since it's all so different, it feels strange.
I'm sure I'll get used to it, but it's a weird first impression. Not good or bad, just weird.
Surrounded by darkness, the flame lights the room.
To our surprise, everything inside it was rotten. How was it even alive? How was its putrefying body able to move? It doesn't make any sense.
yoooooooo i went to a concert for The Head and the Heart and it was FUCKING AMAZING.
Which, is honestly a surprise? I thought it would be kind of chill because they're you know like an indie folk rock type band but no, they just fucking pumped up their music and it was insane. And I mean mostly, it was just soooo fucking gooooood
Man, for you guys still in high school, when you get to college, avoid Friday classes like the plague. I had one last semester, and I don't this semester. My weekends are SO much better now. For real. It's amazing how much more fun you can have on a 3 day weekend.
Took a midterm on Ancient Rome today, feel like it went good.
Side note, every history professor/teacher I have ever had has been a total bro. It's usually math teachers that are the dicks.
Duude, history teachers are the best people. Had a history teacher once that invited me and a few guys from class for beer and pizza, from money left from some school trip or something, he was chilled af
