Also, not sure why you stick with this season if you're dreading how long it takes to finish up. But whatever. Partially because I'm interested in seeing what models they have in case I decide to do a thing, but mainly because I have literally nothing better to do. Unless 'sticking with the season' means actively playing it, which I haven't since episode 2 - I just watched the leaks last time around and watched the stream to see peoples' reactions to it. All in all it's just morbid curiosity shit.

Ava looks a lot like evilcharacter#428 but I actually trust her more than I trust David. Anyone think the same?

I refused to inject AJ and she was like that typical that wants to shine in front of the group. "Clem, how could you?" (I DIN'T USE YOUR F****ING MEDICINE!!!) "It's too late", "Just go!" etc. etc.

She was kind of on Clem's side when David was gonna kick her out of the group. Then Clem spits in David's face, and she's like "YOU DESERVE EVERYTHING YOU GET." I wouldn't exactly label her trustworthy.

But now that you mention that... it's a bit weird. She thinks differently depending on what you do. She tries to calm David down with Clem when she injects AJ, but if she doesn't, she blames Clementine for wanting to do it ?

I'm just really confused if it's something from her character or if it's just bad writing.

I wouldn't exactly label her trustworthy. She'll still probably die before the end of the season. I mean, there must be a showdown. I don't know who will Javi fight, but I'm sure Clem will fight Ava. That's how they built their story - Clem helped her, then their ways parted on bad terms after AJ fiasco... Clem will definitely fight someone and it can't be an adult, because that would be stupid as hell. Thus, Ava will go down.

That's why I'm having trouble making a solid claim on what i think of the characters this season. Season 1 was a breeze cause they were all straightforward. S3 they're all over the place, I don't know what the fuck to think.

Direct quotes from Naughty Dog's president from an interview the other day:
"Staffing two full teams was just impossible. We just couldn't recruit the talent in order to accomplish that so we ended up with about a team and a quarter, maybe a team and a third depending on the time of year."
"We've certainly given up any dream or fantasy that we'd ever be able to fully accomplish the two full teams."
"In order to maintain that number of people (200) in that high level of talent and to be able to grow beyond that without diluting the talent... it's not important enough for us to get to a two team situation and we're very comfortable now with being able to GIVE OUR FULL EFFORT TO ONE BIG PROJECT and then be ready for the next game after that."
lol come on telltale maybe if you went by this and didnt bite more than you could chew maybe youd be able to write your characters coherently. Let me just say, hearing that man talk about ND's struggles so honestly and in the open was more satisfying than all of S3 so far.

Keep in mind, Naughty Dog makes very different, much better looking games than Telltale. They put way more effort into updating and redesigning their engines, they have way more resources, and not to mention, their games have legitimate gameplay. Their job demographics are probably way more weighted towards programming and game design, rather than the immense amount of writing that Telltale does (bad as it may be). Not saying that this for sure isn't true for TTG, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, considering TTG's GOAT came out alongside another product, which was also not too bad.

Thanks to rhysha for the luas! Apparently these are the choices that got passed down to EP3: There's also the choice of watching Kenny kill Carver, because after Javi bashes Badger's head Clem comments that she had a friend who was good with crowbar or something like that.
