It was kinda good until the last "chapter" where everything went to hell, again, like the two seasons before. Gabe's still a bitchy little cunt
choices: -showed David who the alpha is and batted the shit out of thos balls -kiddo won't earn money on ebay -didn't kill dr opium, so he could reunite with his bae David -Javi is gettin that puss tonight -maybe not because Kate is fried -decided to save Ana because after Gabe couldn't stay frosty Tripp and Eleanor were cunts to me, well fuck both of you, except I ended up getting fucked -took the deal because I just wanted to leave this shithole before the people started a revolution against Ms Erdogan

Gotta say, I really did not expect to ever talk about Clementine's bleeding vagina in an actual Telltale game.
But, hey. This is what Walking Dead has become. Drama on top of drama on top of drama. The heroin addict wants to die. The public hanging. The girl on her period. God, so much fucking drama.
All that said, I actually liked this episode.
Only choices that mattered: I slugged dingers in David's face, fucked up the Tripp/Ava choice and didn't kill the underdeveloped bitch boss.

It's definitely season 3-y. But I liked it.

RIP Tripp. May you feast peacefully on the dining tables in Valhalla.
-Promised David I'd help Kate. -Didn't assist in Lingard's suicide. -Didn't share Kate's feelings. -Tried to save my brother Tripp. -Shot Joan.
Wasn't expecting the Kenny scene. That's the kind of flashback we deserved in S3, not KENNY'S WILD RIDE or HANGING AROUND WITH JANE. Oh, and Conrad was fucking awesome.

Okay explain the flashback. Well, we could tell you. Or...
Honestly, I like this a lot more than the one in Ep. 1. I'm sure TKA does, too.

This may be my favorite S3 episode, but that's not saying much really. -Promised to help Kate (I don't remember this choice). -Killed Lingard. I didn't want to, and I knew it'd backfire at me, but I guess I wanted to help Clem out even if she isn't the real Clem anymore. -Kissed K8. -Tried to save Tripp. I killed his friend already, I couldn't fuck up his life any more. But well, Joan's a bitch. So yeah, RIP Tripp. -Accepted Joan's deal. I just wanted to get the hell out of there, but David had to fuck up everything, right?
Kenny's flashback was... nice. Heartwarming. I'm glad they fixed his model (or at least it seems like it). Jane's flashback was also great, even though I don't like her. It felt less OOC than the first flashback, so props to that. They seem to be trying to use previous season shit to make us emotional. They even mentioned Lee. Really Telltale? After you already fucked it up by "trying to get new players"? Get your shit together.
Nice episode by Season 3 standards.

Ah, well it doesn't retcon the shitty shitty ending of those characters but its SOMETHING I guess. Even if it is clearly not for newcomers.

I sort of loved the scene in the truck with Javi, Kate, Clem and Gabe where Javi and Kate were talking about kids crushing and being in love.
It's like, yo, Gabe is just a 13 or 14 year old boy who is like in a constant state of orgasming and Clem has shown no interest in him outside of pity and being slightly friendly. Made my heart sing thinking about some of the players who had to sit through that with their heads on fire with anger because it made no sense. Just another example of a boy forcing himself on a girl, who is given no choice in the matter.
So, yeah, that was pretty shitty writing but also I loved it.

Clem and Gabe shit is horrible. And holy FUCK the period scenes were awkward, and served no purpose. Otherwise, I'd say this episode was like... A House Divided levels of okay. Maybe slightly less. The choices matter, but the characters are all seriously forgettable.
