Y'know, as of Episode 5... there's like, what, eight characters that have lasted since Episode 1? It's a nice change from killing off 2 or 3 characters each episode like Season 1 and Season 2.... although, Episode 5 might make up for that... But for me, it's Javi, Clem, David, Kate, Gabe, Eleanor, Tripp and Conrad. Well, according to the achievements for episode 5, 'Dark Victory' might imply that Joan and her forces will die and possibly most of the main characters, probably except Javier, Clem and maybe Gabe.

Well, Joan's already dead for me, so I'm guessing that the villain will be Joan/Clint depending on which one died. And, on the AMA on the Telltale forums, someone asked how many characters are going to survive the season, and they replied, "That's up to you." So hopefully we'll be able to save Tripp again, and be able to kill Gabe cause FUCK Gabe. But I dunno, we'll see

(Re-posting this cause it got moved to the shitposting thread) This thing that Antero posted on Reddit is actually pretty fucking interesting: Even if he made this up it's still better than what we got, and that's saying a lot. EDIT: also makes me want to get more of haven done lol... I can back it up, because I'm a know it all I have been studying this for a while now. About the Michonne thing, theres a funny story behind that. Unfortunately I cant get too into detail about it, but long story short, there was lots of concept art for michonne. Like, really really really old, early in development concept art for Michonne. Well after more examination is was clear that at first it wasnt going to be a Michonne game, it was most likely going to be the Javier DLC. Lots of the michonne concept art was scrapped and actually made it into season 3 but with twists to it. The sewers one I especially remember the silhouette looked an awful lot like Beta Javier and looks a lot like the sewer (tunnel) in s3. Funny thing is, these concepts were all over the portfolios of concept artists. One day we (Antero) revealed it, posted online about how they looked like Javier dlc and then poof. Gone. All of it was deleted off of the concept artists websites. Literally after being there for years they vanished with no trace right after we revealed it. No way that was a coincidence. Season 3 was going to be more dark. A lot more dark. Just thinking of all the things scrapped that come to the top of my head. Assuming they dint put it in episode 5, these were some: Slaughterhouse, David shown getting branded (I heard the audio, scary shit), Max being eaten alive in the slaughterhouse, slavery, there were some things about clementines head damage... and a lot more. If I remember I'll add it. But there was so much. A lot of what he mentioned next is from interviews with staff during months of june - october. It would take me forever to dig those up. The carve-like villain was 100% real, it was there. Melissa said it in an interview when talking about things that she recorded for but didn't make into the game. Yet another scraped thing confirmed by a VA herself. The Marauders is more known than not. I dont really need to get into depth with that, antero already did. But about Capricorn farms, unless episode 5 is 6 hours long and explains everything, that was unfortunately completely scrapped which is sad considering it was something people were so excited for. Also it was supposed to play a huge role. The seasons poster has it in the background and there are files of the Capricorn building in the game. It's also located extremely close to the episode 1 junkyard. So unless they go back, we wont be seeing it. Trust me i hope im wrong but all the signs are pointing to the fact that its scrapped. ALSO, a lot of things in the factory in episode 3 were made of slaughterhouse files. Like, an asston. You could even see a zombie cage inside the factory in the background. So I think they dissected it to make it into the factory because they scrapped the whole slaughterhouse idea. i hope im wrongThere were many clear texas flags in Richmond that were later replaced with flags about ads soon after. Also prescott's "population" sign was originally shown with a texas city name. That was taken out as well. Everything else can be explained with whats in the files.

Also, when in the junkyard, right before you go under the house (season 2 style) if you walk all the way to the right you can see the slaughterhouse in the distance. That's how close it is.

Also, about how season 3 would be more brutal. They rewrote it because "some characters we like so much we just cant let go" ... how funny because you made this guy live and then he still didn't show up a SINGLE TIME in episode 4, as if he didn't even exist. Sure sounds like you love him.
