Done with the episode... Ok to be honest I'm totally fine with how this episode ended the series. I'll be honest, I flipped when Petra and Lukas died in the beginning, even more than when Lukas fell off Sky City in Ep. 5 and when Ultra Magnus died in Ep. 3. I was ready to fucking kill everyone but then I was cool when Nell explained everything (Who I gotta say is one of my favorite characters in the series.) Then there was Em, who I hated throughout the entire game until the end, when she proved herself to be useful. The final battle with Hadrian and Mevia was awesome, which is funny because that's exactly how I thought Episode 5 was going to go down if we fought Ivor then.
However, there were moments I didn't enjoy about it. Mostly though because (in my playthrough at least), there were several unanswered questions. First off, what exactly was the lapis lazuli Sebastian gave me for? I never used it in the episode. Second, what happened to Reuben? The guy I mean, not the pig. We just leave him locked up in Hadrian's house? Finally, what was with all the hints towards Soren being some all powerful figure, what with him writing books in episodes 5-7. I'm disappointed that he never showed up in this episode.
Overall though, apart from those loose plotholes, this is easily my third favorite Telltale Game behind TWD S2 and TFTBL. I'd give this episode an 8/10. Mah Choices:Other choices that aren't mentioned: During the whole speech thing I didn't tell everyone that Tim was fake. I thought they wouldn't believe me if I said that. I got Slab to join us and give Lukas his journal back. Slab was kind of pissing me off in the beginning, but I'm glad Lukas got his journal back. I chose the shield to start off with fighting Hadrian and Mevia. I was thinking that or the dual pickaxes, but the shield seemed cooler. Went after Ivor. I was thinking Soren stole them at first, but I decided to go out after him for a couple more adventures. BTW, I didn't get a picture, but one of the paintings in Jesse's temple is of Banang! EDIT: Here it is!

What an awesome finale. Being thrown into a game of Spleef in progress was crazy. And when I saw my friends fall and die, I was ready to kill someone. But then I sorta calmed down when they weren't really dead, thanks to those respawners. For some reason, these games that the Old Builders had set up and rigged made me think of the Hunger Games. Except no one stays dead and it's not a yearly thing. When the first game was about to start, and it turned out to be a race, I was very confident it would be a piece of cake, since racing is what Petra and I do best. At least, back in Ep. 6 anyway. But it was way more intense than I thought it would be. And even though I knew about the whole respawning thing, I still pissed seeing my only remaining teammate go down. I was not happy in that meeting with Hadrian. He made a big mistake kidnapping Olivia, Axel and the surfer usher, who coincidentally is also named Reuben. In fact, it just motivated me even more to beat him at his own game. It was so cool to make a very inspirational speech to all the competitors. And that final fight against Hadrian and Mevia was epic. It sucks that I got killed at first, but when all my friends came to give their gear and Tim's armor, I was all set for Round 2 and ready to kick their asses for good. I was so glad to finally be back home with everyone. Looking through all those souvenirs we got from each world was very nostalgic. And then Ivor just had to take the Atlas and the flint and steel. But then seeing Hadrian and Mevia get stuck in a world full of zombie sized chickens made it all satisfying. In the end, I'm really glad that I decided to play this Telltale series, even though I've never been interested in the Minecraft games. Though, I really thought we would see Soren again, since I found a book of his in each of the worlds in episodes 5, 6, 7, and even 8. MY CHOICES:-I rescued Petra. I didn't want anything to happen to her. She and I even talked about how we keep ending with situations like this. Also, I was wondering how Ivor wasn't cold in that snowy village since he was left without his clothes during the respawn. -I chose not to trust Em. It seemed really fishy, so I went with my gut. -I saved Nell. She's cool, and if there's one thing I believe in competitions, its sportsmanship. -I rejected Hadrian's deal. If he thought kidnapping my friends and the surfer usher, was gonna make me do things his way, he had another thing coming. -I brought Em with us. I figured she earned it after helping us take down Hadrian and Mevia. -I told everyone that Tim was fake. I figured that they deserved to know the truth. I couldn't lie to them. -I got Slab to join us and give Lukas his journal back. He was a jerk, but sometimes playing the nice guy pays off in the end. -I chose the axe to start off with fighting Hadrian and Mevia. My favorite close combat weapon, like when I made the enchanted diamond axe. -Went after Ivor to stop him. As fun as these adventures have been and all, I just wanted every one in the New Order of the Stone to take a break. They certainly earned one. (P.S. Fun fact, this episode didn't become available in my area until 24 hours later. )

Honestly I'd be down for a second season. I mean, look, choices ceased to really matter.... at all. And with how easy these episodes seem to be for Telltale to make, I really, really doubt it'd taking away from any other Telltale Series, so... yeah. It's still not great, but it's pretty good, so I'd be down for a second season.

Played the episode so early. I forgot about this thread. The ending is simply confirming S2. No wonder, it's the easiest game to made. I will post my choices later.

Here's an idea. Hire some interns that have potential. Put the entire development of a second season of Minecraft in their hands. Let the most experienced, talented creators work on the meaningful Telltale projects.
I don't think it's that ridiculous. It's not like Minecraft is that hard to write for or to design, especially in comparison to the other titles.

You lied to me! I looked it up and it was just some guy called Reuben. You didn't ask if THAT Reuben showed up. You should've clarified...
